“I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

“I do not like my nuggets cold, I do not like them, truth be told. I ordered through the app, you see, No staff to chat with, just my spree. The KFC in Cedar Springs, Was 75% clean, no sparkling blings. At 4:15 on Sunday's clock, Half full it was, a busy flock. My 10-piece nuggets, honey BBQ, Not hot enough, a sad boo-hoo. I stole a bite while on my way, The taste was good, but temp? Nay, nay. Mac and cheese, just KFC's, No awards for this, if you please. The biscuit flaky, pop was cold, But no butter or honey, truth be told. My plan was salad, nuggets too, With Aldi's Caesar, a tasty brew. So cold was fine, but here's my view: If hot food's what you're looking for, You might be left a bit unsure. So here's my tale of KFC, A mixed review from me, you see. Would I return? “KFC an icon in american carry out .. everyone loves original recipe. i found myself low on money and near this location so i tried them out. i had 255 points on my account so i got a 5 piece nugget free and they had a special on the 3 piece tenders with fries for $5.00 .. so it was $5.30 out the door and a value you can’t beat. the tenders melt in your mouth. i liked them better than the nuggets. remember to always use the app so you get points and deals“

“I have loved KFC since I was a kid. husband wanted it so bad last night so we ventured out. got home the chicken was luke warm but not bad. we got the $20 fill up. 8 pieces of chicken. I pulled out the first piece and thought it was a given nugget but it was a wing, second piece same thing. I counted the pieces thinking maybe they just threw these I but no they counted it a piece. check this out.“
