“I came into Jersey Mike’s at around 3:45. They were swamped. It was a little chaotic, but there was a manager on duty by the name of Carl, who took charge of the whole situation. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always makes my sub absolutely perfectly,and always greets me with a smile!Last Saturday, we had Reese, who was also outstanding. He noticed a hair in my sub, and immediately made me a brand-new one without hesitation. “I've been going to the Carleton Subway at least 2 times a week for the tuna sub on flat bread. It has been an excellent and tasty was to choose a healthy dinner option.

My sub is made exactly as I like it and is an excellent value especially with available discounts. I'll order the footlong sub, enough for two meals!

“Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. I’m upset due to the fact of what is the point of ordering online if the order “doesn’t jump the line?”. Won’t happen again.EDIT: I talked to Brenda the manager and she was apologetic and offered me a remake of my order. She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.“

“This food chain was by far the best I've had. The staff was friendly and they had a clean restroom. The sandwich that I ordered was the chicken, bacon and ranch hot sandwich. It came with bacon, I had requested crispy bacon but it wasn't hard at all. That was disappointing but the sandwich was so good, it didn't even matter! That was the best sandwich I've had from a sandwich chain by far. If the bacon was crispy, it would've been 5 stars hands down! I will go back and this time, I'll elaborate on the doneness of the bacon. Even with the softer bacon, I still loved my food! I didn't care for the lemon cookie, it has a weird aftertaste like the sugar is artificial or something. I'll pass on that.
