“Brittany, (hopefully I spelled her name right, she has a butterfly tattoo on her arm) was very kind to us from the start. She complimented me on my tattoo when I first came inside and did an outstanding job making our sandwiches, she was respectful and so was the other girl who was working with her! (I didn’t catch her name!)
They had all very FRESH, CLEAN toppings! Friendly people, quick service. I would absolutely recommend coming to this location!!

“I stopped in this location yesterday for lunch and ordered the chicken ranch bacon Breadless wrap and it was amazing!!! It’s wrapped in Swiss chard and arugula ?Pack was so much flavor. 370 CALORIES

One of the employees had me sign up as a first time customer and my wrap was only $6!!! I was at the Rochester Hills location. I’m super happy to hear that they have a downtown Detroit location too. My daughter has a lot of allergies including a big one for gluten so having some where like this in downtown Detroit to grab a delicious meal super important for my family ❤️

The owner is fully in the trenches with the other employees and seems to genuinely care about the integrity of the service and the food, by far the best location I have visited. Despite misinformation provided by other patrons the prices are comparable to most other locations and competitors and to be expected in the current market. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.“

“Amazing service. I stopped in after golf league first time there. I watched the person making my sub in true amazement. She was so organized, friendly, and professional, I could tell this person really cares about what she is doing. What a refreshing change from service you get these days.
I found out her name is Christine. She runs the best subway. By far the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in.
I will be driving past 10 subways to come to this location from my home.

“I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. I thought that was a really cool thing to do and I thank Potbelly. Well done. A thankful customer, Bob G“

“Best subway around. It’s clean, fast, and friendly environment. I won’t eat at any other subway and I most definitely won’t work at any other subway! The manager works her butt off and always treats her employees and customers with respect. I’ve worked at this subway for almost a year and it’s been the best job I ever had. We work around the clock to make sure the store is clean, the food is fresh, and we take extra precautions to make sure our job is done right! If you are reading this review please stop in and come say hello to myself or my manager and enjoy one of our yummy subs, soups, pizzas, salads, protein bowls, and or a cookie that’s baked to perfection!“

“This is a great subway. Staff is very friendly. THIS SUBWAY DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THRU. I think some people are confusing this subway with the one in Romeo by m-53. Ignore any reviews that talk about a drive thru because they are about a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SUBWAY.“

I wish I had grabbed the gentleman’s name who served us but he was great (working evening of 9/11)! “Always stop here for lunch, subs are always great. The only negative thing I can say is that their sweet tea is made on demand. It normally wouldn't be a problem, except the 1/2 cup of undisolved sugar in the bottom of my cup was unnecessary.“
