“Brittany, (hopefully I spelled her name right, she has a butterfly tattoo on her arm) was very kind to us from the start. She complimented me on my tattoo when I first came inside and did an outstanding job making our sandwiches, she was respectful and so was the other girl who was working with her! (I didn’t catch her name!)
They had all very FRESH, CLEAN toppings! Friendly people, quick service. I would absolutely recommend coming to this location!!

“The second we walked in we were greeted by very nice employees. The presentation of the food was gorgeous, and the establishment was extremely clean. They were really patient with us and explained all of their different menu options. My husband had the lettuce wrap and I had the braised beef bowl and both things were fantastic. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.“

“Tried today for the first time and it was great. I got a power bowl with chicken added to it. It was delicious. My niece ordered a sandwich and she also enjoyed it! I had chicken added to my power bowl and they offered to cut it up for me after I asked for a knife. Very polite, friendly and very cute interior. Will definitely be back! I love that they use real ingredients too.“

“Food is overpriced. Food is good, though stuff wasn't really helpful. It made many mistakes on cash. Register where I had to get the manager to refund 2 things. That I did not purchase for the most part. It was not bad, just expensive.“

“Every time I walk into this store, I’m greeted like an old friend. The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet genuinely kind, welcoming, and always in a good mood. What really stands out is how he remembers faces and makes everyone feel like a regular, even if it’s only your second visit. “I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “I love this Subway. It’s the one young lady working there that makes it the best. I don’t catch her name but she is cute and ever so sweet. Always smiling. I asked her about why and found that she intentionally does this just to add a little sunshine to the world. As Subway subs go, she also makes them better than any other Subway I’ve dinned at and that number could be in the dozens.“

“This is a great subway. Staff is very friendly. THIS SUBWAY DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THRU. I think some people are confusing this subway with the one in Romeo by m-53. Ignore any reviews that talk about a drive thru because they are about a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SUBWAY.“

“My family and I really like the food from here. I’m addictive to the chicken parmigiana sub. They service is always friendly and the restaurant seems to be clean. The only downside is that it is a little slow because they are making everything fresh but it is worth the wait.“

“Amazing service. I stopped in after golf league first time there. I watched the person making my sub in true amazement. She was so organized, friendly, and professional, I could tell this person really cares about what she is doing. What a refreshing change from service you get these days.
I found out her name is Christine. She runs the best subway. By far the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in.
I will be driving past 10 subways to come to this location from my home.
I also think I have a new after golf routine.

“Best subway around. It’s clean, fast, and friendly environment. I won’t eat at any other subway and I most definitely won’t work at any other subway! The manager works her butt off and always treats her employees and customers with respect. I’ve worked at this subway for almost a year and it’s been the best job I ever had. We work around the clock to make sure the store is clean, the food is fresh, and we take extra precautions to make sure our job is done right! If you are reading this review please stop in and come say hello to myself or my manager and enjoy one of our yummy subs, soups, pizzas, salads, protein bowls, and or a cookie that’s baked to perfection!“

“I’ve stopped in this location several times in my travels but I must say this last visit was the best. I wish I had grabbed the gentleman’s name who served us but he was great (working evening of 9/11)! Enthusiastic, friendly, quick, met a couple of my requests etc. I told him he was great and promised I’d do a review. The facility was small but clean. Thanks so much- we will be back.“

“Always stop here for lunch, subs are always great. The only negative thing I can say is that their sweet tea is made on demand. It normally wouldn't be a problem, except the 1/2 cup of undisolved sugar in the bottom of my cup was unnecessary.“
