“Ok so walking in here your greeted by the second best smell in the world.....fried chicken. Normally I go for the bone on fried chicken and its pretty good. Very crunchy and if you get it fresh it's even better. Now today i got the tenders. Flavor was there. Crunch was there. Freshness...was not there. They were cold and I was in a rush. That's not a reflection of the food. Food was Still good. Just not the best it could have been. But I still love kkc and I'll be back.“

“I recently visited a fast-food restaurant and had a surprisingly pleasant experience, largely thanks to the excellent service provided by Saif. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Despite the busy lunch rush, Saif remained attentive and patient, taking the time to ensure my order was correct and answering all my questions.

The food itself was exactly what you’d expect from a fast-food joint—quick, fresh, and satisfying. I ordered a burger and fries, and both were served hot and well-prepared. While the menu doesn’t offer anything out of the ordinary, the overall quality was good for a fast-casual spot.

What really stood out, though, was Saif’s commitment to customer service. He checked in after I got my meal to make sure everything was to my liking, which you don’t often see in fast food. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated the experience.

“Fast delivery and I used DoorDash please has my food ready so fast and everything I’ve had is so delicious clean top-notch delicious. I order usually once a week at least because I love it. There’s been nothing bad that I’ve ever received. Thank you, Lee, Miss Kay from Northville.“

“Almost a 5. Staff was friendly, but they overcooked the chicken a little bit. We kept checking to see if was ready, but they kept cooking it and sure enough it was little over cooked, a little dry. It wasn't horrible. So I'm giving it a try again and will see if it doesn't come out so dry the next time around. It's better than the one by 275 at Shell gas station and much cleaner. I'll never go back to the one by Shell gas on Eureka and 275.Edited: I went again and this time the shrimp was overcooked. The tenders were excellent, tender and juicy. But I like shrimp and was sorely disappointed with the shrimp it was dark and they didn't have any honey butter sauce. The best one I've been to was in Hillsdale Michigan, which was my first taste of the place. So all other locations now compare to that one, and unfortunately this one at Star liquor had subpar shrimp. I reduce my rating to a 3.5.“

“My little family of four went to Mr. Chicken for the first time (6pm, Sept 11, 24) and it was fabulous! My 12 year old grandson and my two daughters enjoyed every last bite that we could make ourselves eat.

The restaurant is old, cute and inviting! We were all very comfortable.

Also, a huge shout out to our waitress. We believe there was only one waitress and she was exceptionally great!

Kid-friendliness: My grandson is always such a nervous little guy in the restaurants, but he was so comfy here. We laughed and talked as if we were at home!“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! “First I would like to say the food was freshly prepared in front of us & we had a bit of a wait, but for fresh food I will not complain about waiting!This was my first time here, the food looks nothing like the pictures, however it was very tasty, I was pleasantly surprised!The chicken is juicy, possibly the juiciest chicken I’ve had considering all of the chicken places on every corner & the asked if I wanted lemon pepper in my chicken too(yesss!!) the original sauce really brings out the Cajun flavors in the chicken and they compliment each other perfectly.The honey biscuits were sitting under the lamp for a while and not dripping in butter like I expected, I would probably ask for extra drizzle next time, but still had a nice crust and fluffy inside.The place is a bit run down, not organized & seemingly unclean, but it’s a gas station too, and that didn’t bother me much since I’ve lived in the area forever. “Awesome place, great service, great food. Being stuck next to the Marijuana dispensary and the liquor/gas station makes parking a mess and the lobby isn't very inviting. “I was never a fan of gas station food, the food was good great for a quick bite, I got the fried chicken tenders. They have a big variety of fried food they will give you a biscuit with it. The guy was nice would recommend if you're passing by.“

“Placed a pretty big order for Chicken Shack, for an 11am pick-up on Friday morning. Once the store/doors opened (at 11am) - my order was boxed up and ready to go within a few minutes. Extremely satisfied with the prompt service, and of course, the food was great!“

“First time I've been to a KFC in at least 6 mo. I hadn't been going quite as often because it seemed like every time I went they were out of something I wanted or my order was cold.
I'm happy to say that this time everything was great.
Very efficient/friendly service and my food was hot.
They also had everything that I wanted to order and this was very close to closing time.
I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I didn't go inside. I used the drive thru and I was in and out within 15 min or so. Very good visit. I will return again, and sooner this time.
