“Service was so friendly! I've gotten the fruit fusion smoothie twice and I think it's replaced my go-to from Tropical Smoothie, the smoothies here taste better and much more fresh. Which is to be expected with small establishments vs chain ones. My sister got ice cream, couldn't tell what she thought about it lol, but she appreciated the offer for free samples without her having to ask. First time around, the ice cream I got was very good, hard packed but still smooth. Cute little spot that I will definitely come back to again!“

“Doc's is the kind of ice cream shop that turns ordinary afternoons into tiny celebrations. From the moment you step in, the place hums with bright, friendly energy: a whiteboard of rotating flavors, and the staff favorite picks and I love how the staff treats each customer like a regular even on their first visit. Just a cute little small town Gem you have to visit and just get a freshly made waffle cone and take a walk to the river. ☺️“

What really made my visit stand out was the amazing customer service from Norah Salah. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. It’s clear she genuinely cares about customers and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. “We love Frosty Boy and look forward to its opening every year. My favorite is their chocolate chip cookies, they are sooooo good and they are gigantic. Very dog friendly and you can order a pup cup for your doggo, which is a small cup on vanilla soft serve with a doggy bone on top. I really like that they come up with new and exciting items for the holidays.“

“I am giving this place a five star because it is one of my favorite places on earth. I probably eat more ice cream than the normal person I would assume. I order the same thing every single time. I mean, probably for over a year now if not more. I am so bummed to say that twice now, In a row, I have vanilla ice cream and if there’s peanut butter sauce on there, well that’s Gonna be a surprise because all I see is white. I am hoping that whomever is new in there or maybe someone sick of making mine, I don’t know, but I’m really not gonna be happy if there’s a third time.“

“Nice place to have yummy frozen yogurt with fun self-serve model. They have wide variety of rotating flavors and also limited time seasonal flavors. You can customize it on your own way with huge selection of fresh fruits, candies, and baked goods.
For this particular manager and their staff members are co-operative and very helpful.“

“Staff has been rude every time we have been here. We ordered 2 small mint brownie blizzards, a pineapple sundae and snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard. They barely even mixed it and I didn't know it was green dye/syrup squirted in the blizzard until they handed us our order and the dye was squirted on top.“

The cashier who helped us was incredibly nice and patient, giving us plenty of time to figure out our order without rushing us at all.
