“Food was fresh, and there is never enough staff available when needed. Each shift and crew is different. There are days you don't have to wait for food too long, and you can at least get a smile out of at least one crew member. Our McDoubles were a bit sloppy today. They also need to learn to double up on cup holders when it's more than 2 drinks because their cup holders are so flimbsy. Sometimes their pretty good about giving fresh hot fries but my last couple of visits I have to go in and ask for some fresh ones very inconvenient especially when you order through you mobile app.“
“I want to apologize for a drive through mix up. This Mc Donald's app defaults orders to the counter,while others default to the drive thru. My mistake. This mistake was not caught at the drive thru however.I then made another mistake by not checking in.(Alot of McDs don't want to check you in.) I was then told I had to drive around to check in.I checked in and was told to pull ahead for my order. Now I was told I had to go inside.I refused because at this point I was being punished for making honest mistakes even though at this point they had mishandled things too. THIS PROBLEM WAS CREATED BY CORPERATE POLICY REGUARDING THE APP DEFAULT PICKUP OPTION.Thankyou McD Roseville the food is always good! I am very sorry for the mixup.“
“So, I normally go to the McDonald's on Harper n 13 ... I'm sick of them forgetting thing and getting cold food... I tried this location... the SERVICE AND FOOD are by FAR WAY BETTER then the other location.... This will be my new go to for breakfast.... way to go to the team on Masonic & GRATIOT... keep up the amazing work“
“I like McDonald's, and I'm willing to admit it. McDonald's, including this one, is consistent. I like the hamburgers and the french fries, in particular. They are consistently good, with consistency being key. I would rather have a McDonald's hamburger than a fancy hamburger from a sit-down restaurant.“
