Repeatedly mess up my orders. Idk if the speaker is faulty or the employees just don’t care. I say ketchup only. I get mustard. I say everything on it. I get just cheese. I mean cmon.
I enjoyed the veggie sliders as a good alternative to meat! however they ordered with Thai sauce to be added and there was none on them! disappointed since this is now the 3rd time in a row going to white castle at this location that my order has been screwed up, and everytime there is such a long wait in line I never want to wait that long to get it fixed, maybe employees need more training to listen to customers better when placing orders, I know we all make mistakes but shouldn't...read full review
