“We went for lunch and ended up to be an awesome decision. My friend had chicken dum Biriyani, which was wow!! It was more closer to Kolkata biriyani than Hyderabadi style. Mild spice and lot of aromas. We also tried the rice with goat curry and it was brilliant as well. The service was too good and prompt.

“This is my go-to restaurant whenever I’m craving good vegetarian food. They have one of the best vegetarian menus around with a wide variety of choices. The chaat options stand out—flavorful and authentic, definitely worth trying. Regular pav bhaji is amazing, though I personally don’t enjoy the “special” pav bhaji since the cashews, almonds, and raisins take away from the original taste.

Their Chinese menu is also excellent—highly recommend the manchow soup, it’s rich and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is clean and fresh, and the service has always been really good and attentive. Overall, it’s a reliable spot that never disappoints.“

“What a great experience! Will definitely be back! Had a taste for Indian tonight and decided to try Red Chillies on a whim. We called in for two orders of butter chicken with rice and garlic naan. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone, he excitedly assured me that this would be a much different experience than the surrounding Indian restaurants in the area. When we arrived at the restaurant we noticed the accolades on the wall, showing best Indian cuisine in Macomb County for the last 5 years. The host was so polite and friendly, and was eager to know what we thought of the food! We took it home, and the food stayed nice and hot. The butter chicken was full of spice and flavor, with delicious, tender chunks of chicken. The garlic naan was incredible -- super fresh, crispy on the bottom, and not soggy like other restaurants we've tried. All of this at an affordable price too! We're excited to branch out and try something new next time we come, which will hopefully be very soon! 😋🤤“

Since they are renovating, we have tried two other restaurants near by and actually threw the food away from the last Indian restaurant in St Clair Shores. Unless you tell them to cook the chicken medium rare or medium they tend to cook it well done.They can maybe add a little bit more salt to the chicken though.Their portions are not the largest but since the prices are relatively low you can always pay a little extra to have the portions increased.Let's also see if they add more items on their menu. I would love to see more fusion items. I know they are new so they probably don't want to clutter their menu with too many things right now.“

​We enjoyed a fantastic feast of authentic flavors, starting with Bhorta and comforting Daal. The Kala Bhuna was rich and tender, alongside the flavorful Chicken Karahi and Beef Tehari. We finished the perfect meal with traditional Deshi Cha. While we know there must be other Bangladeshi spots in the city and plan to explore more of their menu on our next visit!
