You have to plan ahead with them - sometimes you’ll call for carry out and they’ll say you have to wait a couple hours because they have large catering order(s). Also, I wouldn’t recommend bringing large family groups to dine in, they’re more appropriate for carry out and catering only.“

“I’ve been going to Masala in Novi for several years. Large and diverse menu that they really deliver on. (Many places fall flat: too many items to manage well. Not so here.) The South Lyon location is the star: bigger, nicer, albeit still a fast casual design. The good news is that this location is now doing specials each weekend. And they nail it. My knowledge of Indian cuisine is reasonably good but virtually everything on the special menu was new to me. What a discovery. Jenn and I will definitely be going back for more of those. All the flavors were fresh, and well done. I don't get a lot of lamb where I live, so I usually opt for it when I can. This was some of the best lamb I have ever had. Zero complaints on the food or staff. The place looked clean. The bathroom wasn't great, but that's okay. I didn't go there for that anyhow. There was next to no wait on the food. “If you’re craving authentic Pakistani food, Kabab and Curry is a must-visit! Their weekend breakfast is absolutely amazing — the halwa poori is fresh, flavorful, and feels just like home. The menu is fully halal with plenty of great options, and everything tastes authentic.
