“I’ve been trying a lot of different sushi spots around town, and as soon as I tried Bahdah, it was an instant favorite!“

“I arrived on an early Friday night. It was busy. I was seated and I didn’t get a menu until 15 minutes later. After I placed my order, it arrived fairly quickly. I ate the Firecracker roll and the Shoyu Ramen.

I personally don’t like sushi but the firecracker was AMAZING. I’m definitely coming back only for this dish.

Shoyu ramen was 1/10. Don’t bother.

The decor is pretty out dated. The place is wheelchair assessable. There is a parking garage right across this restaurant. There are a few parking spots outside but they were taken up at the time of visit.“

“I genuinely have nothing but positive things to say about Kabar! I reached out about an omakase catering event for my sister's bachelorette party. Tommy called me and we had an in depth discussion of everyone's budgets, likes, dislikes, etc. He was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with and helped curate a fully customized menu. The chefs arrived early and were extremely accommodating to everyone's preferences-- and the sushi was so delicious! They created a very interactive program where they even taught us how to make a roll! Our experience with Kabar was unique and memorable. I could not recommend them more!“

The Ahi tuna tartare needed more seasoning. The pizza was delicious. I highly recommend this location. “It’s one of the most inexpensive poke bowls I’ve had so far, and it was really good too. I had white rice, spicy salmon, carrots, cucumbers, mango, pineapple, avocado, gluten free soy sauce and cusabi. I love how they label what items are vegan and gluten free on their menu!“

“I was quite surprised by the price and quality of the food. I’m no stranger to Korean food as my wife is from there and has become a staple in our house. The Japanese offerings are quite tasty too. The tuna & salmon sushi we tried was quite fresh was served at near room temperature which is difficult to master. Their main menu provided a wide selection of food including a smaller Korean selection. You can ask for Korean specific menu. I was excited to try their Gam Ja Tung, which is a potatoes & pork stew. It’s a difficult dish to find. While I only tried that, and a fried pork (Sul la tang), and a scattering of side dishes (ban chan) I was delighted on the freshness and taste. It’s my opinion that I consider this authentic Korea-lite. It’s certainly not an Americanized version, but rather a toned down alternative. In short this place is worth a go.“

“Though only limitedly open, Mr. Lee prepares the best sushi that I have ever had in my area (and outside of it in many cases).

His prices are extremely affordable, a large menu from which to choose from and he provides excellent service to you either as you wait or for carryout.

He is very friendly and I've noticed, while waiting for my food to be prepared, that he has many repeat customers (besides myself) with whom he greets warmly.“

Our server was actually the bartender Jeff who was pulling double duty and did it flawlessly and with laughter. We had amazing drinks....the crab rangoons and sauce were the best we ever tasted and so was the miso soup (got more to take home). And the veggie lo mein and short ribs bao buns were outstanding and perfectly portioned for my daughter and I to try (and still have lo mein to take home). “Very standard vegetarian bowl. Disappointing size for $16. It's exactly what you expect, nothing more and nothing less. The worker was efficient. Definitely more of a take out place but I could imagine it's busier around lunch time.

Wait and even better the lunch specials run on Saturdays!?! Recommendation: Please call & visit their website for the specific times and days the lunch specials are offered because the menu could be changed. The Sushi was so tasty, that I had it for dinner! On the second occasion, I went inside and the staff was friendly. Cannot wait to dine in next time because the atmosphere was inviting. Recommendation: Deep Fried Spicy California Roll and California Roll, both were equally delicious! If you want a bomb of flavor on your tongue, make sure to dab a little wasabi and ginger slice too. “OMG! Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the bad reviews, this is my Favorite to go place. Then I read them all and they are all from lazy customers who are pissed at the Kiosk service. Dude!! This place is PERFECT! THE FOOD IS SOOO GOOOD!!! I struggled to find takeout food since I had some food sensitivities and since almost 99% of restaurants and food places (even the nice ones and "organic") use crappy ingredients like corn starch or corn syrup, it took me a while. Then I found this one. Taste is AWESOME, food is FLAVORFUL, no ingredient has caused me any reaction so far so imagine how much good this food makes to your body. And people complain because of the Kiosk. Don't be ridiculous and use your brains a bit more, it will be less hard if you feed it with good nutritious food. Otherwise go to KFC where you belong and avoid hurting a business that is good in all senses.“
