“I like this subway. It is conveniently located in the local Walmart. Best if you want to grab a quick meal after shopping grocery. Today I made an app order for pick up. I ordered three foot long subs. They made it really fast and even marked the three types on the sub for me, such a nice move! Because there would be no way to tell which one is which without the marking, lol!“

“Sep. 30th around 320. Got a Turkey Italiano. I get the sub about once a week. To be 100% honest the person that made this sub for me made it so good I wish it was like that with every other subway. The employee was very friendly and he took his time to explain everything to me on the speaker drive through. Pretty impressive due to lack of Labor now a days.“

“As close to perfect as it gets. I’d never eaten here before but when heading through town with friends we had to grab lunch and stopped here. Jersey Mike’s gets it done. There are subs and then there are SUBS. This is the latter. They cut your cold cuts and cheese right in front of you. Same goes for the bread. The bread is the business. It’s fresh and has that amazing bread aroma with the perfect amount of crusty on the outside and fresh on the inside. The shredded lettuce also has this nice crispness to it, and the Jersey sauce is on point. I got a regular sized and it was more than enough to satisfy a hearty appetite. Next time I’m around a Jersey Mike’s I’m buying two subs, the second for when I realize later I’m still hungry.

Set up is comfy, but nothing too extravagant. High chair seats and low tables. This location was busy and had about 8-9 people behind the counter to make the subs. This made it quick and easy. Good food fast, as the expression goes. Totally true, here!

“My go to order, club sub with GF bread, is always delicious. The emphasis on quality every time is fantastic. Always clean and quick inside. Plus, they pile on the meats and cheese. Online ordering with scheduling a pickup time makes things much easier.“

“I love Firehouse Subs and saw the new location open. Walked up to the door at 6:53pm and figured they would be open till 8 or 9pm. Even had 3 workers inside just looking at me. It said 7pm so I tried to open the door…nope. They don’t close at 7pm they close before 7pm even though their sign says 7pm. Was disappointed.“

Im the one who made the food you ordered ( I dont have long hair btw) and then a hour after I made it you called and wanted a refund and you stated it was your fault that you ordered from the wrong store and wouldnt be able to make it to ann arbor to pick it up. We still have your "soggy subs with long hair in them" that werent picked up if you would like to come get them at your convienance. How can you ask for a refund after the food was already made for you and then go on google and lie out your mouth about the food you didnt even pick up and then to threaten my family and threaten to burn down the store. “Stopped here to grab some dinner while traveling. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It was a busy location and staff members were working quickly to fulfill drive through and online orders. Our order was ready within 10 minutes.
The food was your standard Jimmy John’s fare. The chicken Caesar wrap seemed smaller than average, but the veggie sandwich was consistent with our experiences at other JJ locations. The food was fresh and tasty - a good option for a quick lunch or dinner.

“07.01.2022: staff member helped me fix my online order that I screwed up. Totally my fault. I had wanted delayed delivery but chose pick up. He was able to for me squared away and I had my lunch waiting at work when I came our of my cleanroom.“
