“It’s a great place, with great food and service. My family and I love to come here, but the reservation system doesn’t work well. Even with a reservation you might need to wait 20-30’ in lie. Either they don’t have a good system or don’t respect it. That is definitely an area to improve.“

Dietary restrictions: Best gluten free thick Sicilian crust I've ever had! I've been GF for over 8vyears due to an intolerance and Jets is THE ONLY thick Sicilian style crust I have found. We live in Pittsburgh and have the ONLY Jets in the entire State!“

“I am a vendor to many Jets pizzas. I can tell you that all the Jets I have are super clean! I know :) but it's something that's important to me! LOL! I see a lot of kitchens and practices that make me cringe. So the good places stand out for me.“

“I have been coming to this jets for quite a long while. One of my favorite pizza joints, my only complaint is the temperature of the store. I have no clue how they haven't had an employee drop of heat exhaustion. I walked into the lobby and instantly started sweating. I get that the oven makes it hot but it was at least a good 20 degrees hotter in the store than it was ourside. I just worry about the employees. This should not be okay. One of the employees said they are suppose to fix it. But no one has yet to show up and even look at it from what ive heard. I just think of all the just this place would take well care of the employees from what I seen they all deserve a raise, that's just my personal opinion. Keep on keeping on“

“I tried their Fiery Flavors Pepperoni pizza yesterday and it did not disappoint! I'm a lover of all things spicy, so the combination of cupped pepperoni and spicy cheese blend was excellent. The pepperoni was evenly distributed, the pie was cooked to perfection, and IT WAS CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH! The pizza was ready when promised and the counter person was pleasant.
I hope this becomes a regular menu item.“

“Jets has always been a quality pizza place but I stopped going years ago due to prices and the shrinkflation. The Jet Boat is back to full size and my favorite thing on the menu though, so I'm a customer again! This location is fast and the employees are always nice and friendly.“
