“It is always a joy to visit Boardwalk subs on plainfield ave in Grand Rapids, MI the staff on duty especially: Tammy, Matt, Marissa, and Natashia all know us by name and what kind of sub we like. They are so friendly and happy to see us each time we visit. They work so well as a team each helping each other out. The subs are extraordinary good, only one of the reasons we keep going back. “The food was good on my end. My man had a small clump of hair in his food. They actually took his food off the bill due to the hair! The really made our stay better! I got the tour of Italy and my man had the 5 Cheese ziti besides that our experience was great. Unfortunately had to put 4 stars on the food just because of the hair. “Every time I’ve been here the experience was amazing. They opened their doors to our church for a fellowship brunch and Kenny did an awesome job! The pizza taste so good, especially the Pickle pizza. Definitely recommend trying it out.“

Seems like a dangerous placement, if anything were to happen, the cabinet would fall down directly onto the unsuspecting customer and likely kill them“

I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right?
