“The atmosphere and service was better than the food.
It was dimly lit,brelatively quiet. Server was attentive and gave us our space and asked us to let him know when we wanted him to come around, but he did still check in.
The soup was the best part. The chicken in the chicken Parm was super thin and over cooked and the pasta was nothing to write home about, I would bet Big Boy serves better spaghetti. The calamari was a little over cooked and in ring form, which was a little disappointing. The bread sticks seemed like they were from a package.“

“We ordered a huge catering order. We needed to feed 50 people, this could have fed 80 or more. We had so much leftovers for people to take home- and they loved the food. Restaurant business is tough now of days and we were so happy with our order. Pasta, chicken cutlet, cannoli, fresh bread. So good. Thank you Antonios“

“First time here. Tried the Chicago style. Heavy! The sauce and cheese are very good. Sauce is very robust & tomatoey and the cheese blend is more flavorful than most places. The inside is small, typical of a pizza joint. Couple of chairs and tables adequate while you wait.“

“Love Jet’s! It’s one of our top go-to pizza places. Food is hardly ever wrong, always hot, cooked great, and fast service. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking lot - quite a few potholes and it’s hard to see the lines but that’s more of a complaint for the property owner.“

“Coming from New York and the home of pizza, I will say Jet's Pizza is a delicious Detroit twist on pizza. The cheese is great. The sauce is great, and the crust is outstanding. Everything that a Detroit deep dish should be. Only criticism to add would be, put some cup and char pepperoni on that.“

“In the afternoon of May 23, 2025, I made numerous DIFFERENT attempts to enter the Buy One Get One Free promo app -- NOTHING WORKED. Since I was unsuccessful attempting to order the two pizzas using the internet, I telephoned this facility. Jevon was the employee who took the call. I told him about the problems I was having. He was professional, polite, friendly and HELPFUL. He totally handled my order and got me the buy one/get one free offer. He was also friendly and polite when I picked up my order. This employee, Jevon, deserves five stars for customer service.“

“I had a problem with a DoorDash order and Gavin talked to me and DoorDash to get it sorted out for over an hour, even after it was cancelled. I have never had a restaurant staff member go so far out of their way to help me, he is the only reason I’ve even left this review. Give him a raise.“
