My experience at the Taylor location was great! Me and my spouse stopped in to get a quick bite and the staff there were so nice and welcoming 😁 the food was good and freshly made.

This is my 5th time visiting this store, and the service is SO SLOW! I have been going to Chick-fil-A for over 30 years and never had service as bad as this location. The employees are always kind and helpful, but they are frustrated too. I also ordered catering a couple of weeks ago and was given the nuggets in a bent up aluminum tray and wrapped with plastic wrap on top only, leaving them exposed in areas. Chick Fil A, Taylor is a great restaurant, with fast and accurate service. The staff is always so friendly, we try our best to serve fast, and if we cannot serve fast enough, we will always try to be quick with it. Our chic fil an employees are very polite and always have a smile and say my pleasure. Food is always tasty.
