The Taylor, Michigan one I go to is always excellent. Food is fresh and the staff pleasant.
I stopped last Thursday, and Alicia, that took my order was pleasant and upbeat. Seems to make the food better when the voice on the speaker is welcoming to start with.
Be very specific in asking for a to-go box or bag. Otherwise you will be talked about by an African American employee.

Went Sunday afternoon. Terrible experience. Should have listened to my wife. Restaurant was filthy and poorly kept. Should have walked out. Entire floor was slippery and covered in grease. Ordered 2 Fish and Shrimp meals. Took over 30 minutes to get food. Fish was horrible. 2nd piece was unedible.
