I was there today having a very very bad day and the general manager a Miss Smith took my order. She was an absolute delight! I was telling her about the crappy world and she just was a very much of an inspiration to me .She asked me if I believed in God and I said yes and she says then don't worry God's got you and it made my whole demeanor change She was a fabulous wonderful person. The Taylor, Michigan one I go to is always excellent. Food is fresh and the staff pleasant.
I stopped last Thursday, and Alicia, that took my order was pleasant and upbeat. Seems to make the food better when the voice on the speaker is welcoming to start with.
Be very specific in asking for a to-go box or bag. Otherwise you will be talked about by an African American employee.
