“One of the best stops we made on our trip!

The staff here was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. We aren't very familiar with the cigar world, but the gentleman at the front took so much time to help us understand different cigars, answer our questions, and even pull down some of the humidor boxes we thought looked interesting so he could explain them to us. His knowledge and willingness to share it made the experience approachable and enjoyable for beginners like us.

The bartender was also fantastic, friendly, attentive, and always on top of everything. You can tell the staff genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests.

Between the outstanding customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and expertise of the team, this ended up being one of our favorite stops of the entire trip. We can't wait to come back!“

“We stopped into Identity Brewing Company after the Cherry Festival. The beers were good and the food was excellent. I had the cuban biscuit sandwich. It had great flavors and was a good spin on the cuban sandwiches I have had in the past. My husband had the chicken shawarma tacos. He said the only thing he would change about them is to order more.“

“The Beacon Lounge definitely has the best views of downtown Traverse City. The lounge itself is a bit small, but it’s quite pleasant and is nice for conversation. The drink list is pretty extensive, and I enjoyed the two cocktails I ordered. I was a bit distracted by an occasional light flicker which I hope they get rid of quickly, but the place has a nice relaxed atmosphere and a great view. It can get quite busy in the evening, so getting a table might take a little time too. It’s definitely a great spot to end a night out.“
