“I love this location! Having celiac doesn’t allow me to eat out most places but I have never had an issue at this location. They always go in the back and get new utensils, clean the grill, and change gloves. They are very friendly and always complete our order quickly and with accuracy.“

“Our office ordered take out lunch from The Kitchen today. First of all, everybody at the office thought the food was delicious; obviously freshly prepared and very fair proportions. There was one small hiccup in our order. Ashley went out of her way, above and beyond, to fix the issue and take care of us!! I am absolutely sure we will order from there again. The staff was bright and friendly. In an era where good old fashioned customer service has gone to the wayside, The Kitchen and Ashley showed me that it still exists!! Thanks again for a great lunch and a great experience!!“

“Both the young lady and Henry were very accommodating with what condiments they were out of on the line and refilled them quickly without delay. Made the experience quite pleasant. Very friendly and said Hello when I walked in while already helping two other gentlemen in front of me. As a working duo, they performed and perfected, in a timely manner three 12’ inchers. This store has the best review ratings all stores in the Traverse City area, not including Kingsley, which is why I bypassed 2 others closer to where I was. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but those two are Winners. 8/29/24 between 7:30-8:00pm
