“Came in for the first time today and glad we did. The food was delicious, we got a spinach roll, Chicken salad croissant, sea salt choc chip cookie and a buckeye bar, all were very tasty. The service was great, the lady taking our order was friendly, and had patience with us, as it was our first time there and we had questions, we really appreciate her kindness! “First time trying Frank’s. My wife looked up places to try for good walleye and it came up so figured, why not? A little frustrating trying to find it initially, but we’re glad we did! Food was excellent. My wife had the walleye and said that it was one of the best she’s had in a long time. I had the catfish and loved it. Breading wasn’t heavy so you could taste the fish and the hush puppies were devoured quickly they were that good. All in all highly recommend and we’ll be back!“

“The absolute best little bakery and cafe. Everything and I mean everything is delicious. It’s all home made from scratch and so so so good. It’s one of those places you can take anybody to and they’ll find something yummy to eat. It feels so good to be able to go out with my little daughter and be able to feed her good food she actually is excited to eat. A very special place!

Kid-friendliness: They are SO good about your littles. My girl loves everything there, cookies, sandwiches, soups, quiche. The staff is super kid-friendly. We go so often, my 2 year old girl loves them all!“

“Great coffee but I often get the wrong food order. I got the wrong order when eating there with family. By the time my food came everybody else was done eating so I took it to go. When I got home, I saw they had given me the wrong order. Today, I stopped by to pick up bagels and biscuits and when I got home, they again had given me the wrong order. Lesson learned! Check the bag before you leave the store!

“Everytime I come here the service is outstanding! See my bf ordered a drink thru the app but HE, not the baristas, made a mistake ordering hot instead of frozen and the associate Jay remade the drink he had wanted with no questions asked and was very polite about it! Included coupons for the trouble as well ❤️ & both versions of the drink, hot & frozen, were delicious (definitely made with love!) the manager Dev was very kind as well!! I'll never go to the Southfield Rd Bigby again.. plus the service there is always subpar and drinks wrong even when ordered correctly.. but the service and deliciousness of the drinks at the outer drive location made my our day. “After having a bad experience at another location I came all the way to this location to order what the other place had messed up. They mad my blue razz fusion amazingly and made a tasty bagel for me to share with my boyfriend. Their service was great they were kind and the energy seemed high in there.
