“It may seem like a dive bar inside, but it's a clean one and everyone is having a great time. It's good for kids and adults alike, the beer list is great. And the food is always impressively good.Kid-friendliness: It is definitely a bar and grill and it looks like it's for adults, but they are very kid friendly and they have coloring sheets and crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: Good handicap parking and flat path to enter. Movable tables can accommodate wheelchairs, people with mobility issues or large people.“

“Recommend! The only bar to need to go to in downtown Wyandotte! Drinks are always great, well mixed and made, and always quick even with a crowded night with a wait out the door. Service is phenomenal, no bar I’ve been to compares to the friendliness, chill vibes and personable experience you get from Grand Dad’s waiters/bartenders. Brittney is usually our waitress and we all love her, great part of the team! The owners always seem present when we visit and they are always, always helping out (cleaning tables, helping at bar, running food, etc), that is awesome. “I had decided to stop here, at the last minute for a beverage and a snack on my way home, as I didn't have the best day. I was greeted with a smile and a hello. I sat at the bar, and Mindy, the bartender, took care of me. She was most pleasant and cheerful, and though she was busy, she made everyone including me feel like they were the only customer she had. I ended up staying longer than I had planned, this is by far the best experience I've had at Applebee's, thanks to Mindy who turned my less than stellar day 180° and ended it way better than it started. “Anybody reading this, my mamaw was the barmaid there beginning in the 60s. Annie Ruth Ladd. They also lived above the bar for some time. My mother told me that she vividly remembers looking out the window and seeing the National guard going down Jefferson into Detroit. At that time, she was 9 years old. My mother grew up to work in the bar. Her name is Roseann or Rosie. I spent lots of my youth there, playing quarter machines. Rosie Also worked Square Deal. “Our usual server, Erin, makes this place our go to for family dinners. The food has been AMAZING since the new ownership, but Erin’s service has made Sports a standout for our family. She is quick to attend to our needs, and she’s always extra kind and attentive to our son and our dog (when the patio is open). I highly recommend Sports for anyone who loves good food and good service.“

“Cool little place. It has sort of an old saloon feel to it. There is not a lot of room, but there is a smoking area that's screened in. There are also pool tables in another area.I came in here for just the 2nd time the other day. I ordered a tequila mixed drink and then a beer. The price was pretty good. Keep in mind, that other than salty snacks, there is no food.Overall, this place is good for getting a shot and a beer. It's pretty reasonably priced and has kind of an old saloon vibe.“

“My husband and I visited Canada for the New Year, and we decided to go to the local bar near our hotel. I was really reluctant because we're American American. I must admit the bar attendant Annie and a patron Bob made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed great conversations and shots. Thanks for making our first visit to Canada for New Year's worthwhile.“

“I came here today for music bingo it's so much fun. But also had to try some food, I wasn't able to get the best pictures because the lights are low. Their onion rings and Fried pickles are hand battered and Fried perfectly they were both really good. I didn't care too much for the boneless bbq chicken. The wrap was pretty good as well it was just the perfect amount of heat. The service was great our waitress had all the tables in the main seating area and she was able to keep up with all of us. I will definitely come back great experience“

“I’ve been here on multiple different occasions.Only had one Soso experience, and it was with a new server who was fired the same night we were there, besides that every experience has been great.The food is always amazing, extremely fresh and delicious.The service has always been great, very attentive waitresses, even when they are swamped.Definitely recommend this small locally owned business.“

“Unfortunately, I had the steak chunk sandwich, on special....their name for it was a Cheesesteak sandwich...chunks of reheated old steak, with ample grizzle, without cheese...couldn't eat it...but the onion rings were great...used to love going there, but the food has dropped in quality...sad. Did get ample apologies from our waitress, and it's certainly not her fault...she did go inside, after seeing the mess on my plate...comped half the price, even with 3/4 left...oh well...thank you, I guess.“

“Clean Place with a nice Vibe. Service was fast and friendly. The beer was nice and cold and brought out in cold mugs. Food was really tasty and the prices were really cheap. Only complaint is we asked them to change one of the TVs to the Basketball Tournament and they said they would but never did. In their defense it was quite busy. Nachos and Burgers were great.“

“Excellent place for a unique menu of food and plenty of draft beer choices. The beer menu is extensive and the patio area is the best as well as dog friendly! I would recommend Mavs Wildfire Pasta and the Loaded Tots, however the Pretzel with cheese is awesome as well and warm and soft. Wait staff was quick to set us up with some drinks and delivered our meals in a timely fashion. We always like to try new things so we tried a Red Velvet Shot and Chocolate Strawberry Martini which were both delicious! I'm not a beer snob so to each their own but i tried the Wax Wings coming up from Ash which was surprisingly, a pretty darn good beer! We could not decide on a dessert so we got both the Baked Caramel Cookie Skillet which was absolutely delicious and the Cheesecake as well.“

“Came here for music bingo, always a lot of fun. I did not care for the boneless chicken with bbq sauce, the chicken just had weird taste to me. I would come back but I would order something different, the spicy chicken wrap was pretty good. The fries were the typical shoestring fries. The service was cool and friendly. We were waited on in a decent about of time, even though they were busy, I will check this place out again“

“The GOAT in LaSalle offers a good variety of food which is well prepared. Last Friday our group ordered the Chowder, the Halibut dinner, Perch dinner (3 large fillets, etc), a huge burger, and bowls of macaroni and cheese. Our server (Tony) was great! Not only did he serve us promptly, but he accommodated our request to change our table so that we could sit near the musical performer at the back of the restaurant. That night the entertainer was the very talented Chris Bolister. We had a great time. The walls are decorated with portraits or memorabilia of local LaSallites who have become celebrated athletes. The only problem with The GOAT in LaSalle is that the patrons tend to get rather loud in their jovial conversations and there isn’t much in the way of sound barriers.Wheelchair accessibility: As there are no stairs and pathways through the restaurant are sufficiently wide, wheelchairs should navigate freely.“

Obviously, an amazing selection of wings and sauces, whether you need to scald your taste buds or add a bit of sweet to your palate. I found their hamburgers about on par with other trendy themed establishments - nothing that sets them apart, but still worth a return trip. A bit pricey if you’re bringing the family, so come prepared.“

“Have traveled 560 miles to get mussels with blue cheese n bacon for at least 15 years. Well, they discontinued because of high prices. That didn't ever stop me from going there. But I loved there mussels. Well cross that place of my list.“
