“It’s one of the most inexpensive poke bowls I’ve had so far, and it was really good too. I had white rice, spicy salmon, carrots, cucumbers, mango, pineapple, avocado, gluten free soy sauce and cusabi. I love how they label what items are vegan and gluten free on their menu!“

“I came to Umai Café in Troy for my birthday because I really wanted to try their soufflé pancakes — and they did not disappoint! They were light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the sando, which was just as good — flavorful and satisfying.
The café itself has such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were very kind. The only small hiccup was that the posted hours said they open at 11:30, but they didn’t open until 12:00, so keep that in mind if you’re planning an early visit.
Overall, it was a wonderful birthday treat, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!“

“Food is so good. This is a hidden gem. We found it completely on accident but I'm glad that we did. Definitely work visiting if you are in the area. i will be back and ill update this with more pictures and better knowledge of the food.“

“My wife Becky and I came for our anniversary to the Troy, Michigan location... We were immediately seated and everything explained to us.... We absolutely loved the experience... The food was fresh and so simple to order...I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... I am already researching the menu for the next time we come there... BTW, it didn't drain my wallet for awesome food... Bonu$! 👍😁We plan on coming back regularly for our lunch dates (we have been married for 21 years and were there for our anniversary today). Takes alot to impress me and you accomplished it! 😋“
