“Went to Savory Grill tonight (11/14/25). The food was fantastic! Staff so sweet. Great atmosphere and loved that "diner" feel. “Although had reservations and checked in early still had to wait to be seated. Hostess stated a few tables had been there 3+ hours. When extremely busy there should be a max time cap. Similar to when Covid was around. Many establishments had time limits. Also feel on a Saturday evening should be adults only. Some of the children noise was too loud. I wear hearing aids and still had a difficult time hearing my own table with the elevated noise. Otherwise everything else was great.“

“Our server Jaylen was great and extremwly knowledgable. Jaylen ensured our needs were met. Thr manager, Alan, came by as we were eating and was also very attentive. The salted caramel cheese cake was the cherry on top of an already great experience.“

“Love this restaurant! We travel from Windsor Ontario to eat here because of the great food and drink. However the best part of Troy Yard House is the staff. Namely Sara who works the bar. She is simply amazing. I marvel at how she commands the bar yet encages with each of her customers. We have been here several times and attend based on Sar's schedule. We truly appreciate her as well the other staff who make this a GREAT place to be!“

“What a wonderful place! The menu generally consists of Wagu burgers (flawless) stellar sandwiches, pizzas (perfect), dinner and side salads (big) soup, appetizers, and a couple of entrees. All of it is incredibly good. Be sure to try the Tempura Asparagus. It’s a favorite.

Service is provided by one or two people jetting around taking care of people, and they are always cheerful, accommodating, and mindful. The atmosphere is strictly “Cheers”. Lot of folks know each other, and we often see people we e seen before. No need to dress up or dress down, either. Come as you are.

“We had a large group of ladies come in for dinner. It took us about an hour to get seated on a Saturday since they dont take reservations. We had a few bumps in the night but Brandon took great care of us. I believe he was the manager. Our appetizers were great (calamari and crab cake). The bread (or donut as we called it) was delicious!! Our entrees however were less than desirable. Pictured is my crab cake entree with a side of smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese. The mac was terrible (unseasoned and the noodles were hard) 😢 I left the full side almost completely untouched on my plate. My friend's broccoli had a hair in it, which they promptly remade. Someone else's steak tasted like cinnamon as she described it and was tough for the cut of steak. The drinks were 10/10 (shout-out to the bartender). I had a lemon drop mojito *chef's kiss* And the creme brulee was delicious as well. Overall, I would return but simply for drinks and apps!“

“One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! I had the house omelet and it was phenomenal. My family and I shared other dishes and everything was very very good. All came out piping hot. Ordered the bake cheese dip to start. Really enjoyed it. Goes really good with the toasted baguettes.

Full menu of options for drinks. No frozen drinks tho. They do not have a blender. They carry Faygo pop and that was a real treat.

Ordered the chicken Caesar salad. If I had known that, the salad came premixed I would’ve asked for the salad dressing on the side. It turned the Romain lettuce, soggy quickly. Couldn't take the left overs. Dressing was on the bitter side.

Also, tried the fire bird sandwich. Bun gave it good texture. Not a fan of the topping choices. Didn’t go well with the cheese and sauce.

I was excepting a little more from the menu. Smaller menu. Will be back.“

We were greeted warmly, they wished my wife happy birthday, and the entire experience only got better. Our server, Mikaela was outstanding—read the room like a pro, had perfect timing/pacing, was so kind and graceful—nailed it from cocktails to dessert. Everything that hit out table (cocktails, apps, entrées, and a sweet birthday desert delivered by the chef) was impressive. 10/10 from the moment we walked in the door until a sincere goodbye when we left. “Our food was delicious and the portions were large! We were there for breakfast. Prices are about average for these days. And considering my omelet was enough for two meals, it was worth it.

Our table was very sticky when we sat down. Staff seemed a little perturbed when we asked them to clean it.

We tried the boneless wings, nachos, quesadillas, Reuben sandwich, Southwest pasta, Cajun steak strips, pretzel bites, and Beijing beef — and every single dish was delicious.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The Cookie Monster and carrot was was beyond delicious.

“This place has been around for almost 20 years and this was our first time. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and they offered us a private room, “The Hop Room”. We can’t say enough about the food, staff, and overall experience. We’re beer nerds, so our party basically tried every beer on tap. I should have gotten a growler of the Disco Lemonade. All of the brews were SOLID. Between burgers, pizza, apps, and their craft sodas, everything was on point. Not one person in our party had an issue with their food or drinks. Except for a small sample of their grapefruit mead. That’s a no from me dawg. But seriously, everything and I sincerely mean EVERYTHING else was on point. Our server was fantastic and on the spot with everything. Show this place some love.“
