“Absolutely delicious and elegant food- worth every penny in my opinion. Loved the beet salad -chock full of golden yellow beets and dressed in a delicious and flavorful vinaigrette. I ordered the Vineyard chicken as my entree- delicious and moist chicken breast with a delicious smashed potato and cippolini onions, mushrooms and ca to go along with it, swimming in a velvety sauce. Loved and finished every last bite, it was that good! I haven't been able to say that about any nicer meal I've had lately. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back in the future. Drove here from the west side and I'm so glad we did!“

“Love this restaurant! We travel from Windsor Ontario to eat here because of the great food and drink. However the best part of Troy Yard House is the staff. Namely Sara who works the bar. She is simply amazing. I marvel at how she commands the bar yet encages with each of her customers. We have been here several times and attend based on Sar's schedule. “I had the chicken wings and garlic aloi fries. The wings was really good, big wings and had a lot of sauce on them. It's 12 for 20 which to me kinda expensive. The fries was disappointed in 7 dollars for some fries that's half of them was soggy. There was little cheese on it. The ones that was cooked was okay. I wouldn't highly recommend it but I would give it another try if different cooks was working. Saw one guy had to give his wings back before me because they was under cooked.“

“We had a large group of ladies come in for dinner. It took us about an hour to get seated on a Saturday since they dont take reservations. We had a few bumps in the night but Brandon took great care of us. I believe he was the manager. Our appetizers were great (calamari and crab cake). The bread (or donut as we called it) was delicious!! Our entrees however were less than desirable. Pictured is my crab cake entree with a side of smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese. The mac was terrible (unseasoned and the noodles were hard) 😢 I left the full side almost completely untouched on my plate. My friend's broccoli had a hair in it, which they promptly remade. Someone else's steak tasted like cinnamon as she described it and was tough for the cut of steak. The drinks were 10/10 (shout-out to the bartender). I had a lemon drop mojito *chef's kiss* And the creme brulee was delicious as well. Overall, I would return but simply for drinks and apps!“

Ordered the bake cheese dip to start. Really enjoyed it. Goes really good with the toasted baguettes.

Full menu of options for drinks. No frozen drinks tho. They do not have a blender. They carry Faygo pop and that was a real treat.

Ordered the chicken Caesar salad. If I had known that, the salad came premixed I would’ve asked for the salad dressing on the side. It turned the Romain lettuce, soggy quickly. Couldn't take the left overs. Dressing was on the bitter side.

Also, tried the fire bird sandwich. Bun gave it good texture. Not a fan of the topping choices. Didn’t go well with the cheese and sauce.

I was excepting a little more from the menu. Smaller menu. Will be back.“

“The lady who said the pita was dry clearly didn’t know what she was talking about. This place slaps. Always consistent, always good. Service feels like home, and the food hits every time. Sad the clam chowder’s wasn’t that great, but the OP pita and coney dog were both solid. $25 for lunch isn’t bad at all. Get there before 11am for the good deals.“

“I’ve never had a bad meal at any one of their many restaurants. We celebrated my daughter and her graduation this evening with dinner at the Deer Lake Inn. Everything we had was great and the server we had was superb, great food and service. The entire menu is good, you can’t go wrong.“

“This place has been around for almost 20 years and this was our first time. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and they offered us a private room, “The Hop Room”. We can’t say enough about the food, staff, and overall experience. We’re beer nerds, so our party basically tried every beer on tap. I should have gotten a growler of the Disco Lemonade. All of the brews were SOLID. Between burgers, pizza, apps, and their craft sodas, everything was on point. Not one person in our party had an issue with their food or drinks. Except for a small sample of their grapefruit mead. That’s a no from me dawg. But seriously, everything and I sincerely mean EVERYTHING else was on point. Our server was fantastic and on the spot with everything. Show this place some love.“
