“We visited here for the first time. We drive by all the time but the stories on the Interwebs drew us in. We ordered one of each, the Chicago Style and the Detroit style. The Chicago style was slightly better mostly because it had more of that delicious sauce. The pizzas were great, the atmosphere was great, the menu is huge, the beverage selection is crazy good. What stood out most was the owner and employees. What outstanding people. Super friendly, generous, kind. The sort of experience that will make us go back again and again. So many things on the menu to try it will keep us coming. Oh, try the Jambalaya! He gave us a sample and it was outstanding!“

“In spite of being understaffed and slammed with orders, the 3 people working tonight (3/20) handled everything well. They were extremely nice and apologetic about the wait. Food was hot (and delicious) and everything in our order was right.“

“We have enjoyed Byrds Hot Chicken in Novi twice now - the first time for my son's birthday in February and today, just because! The food is consistent, hearty and delicious. I especially love the crunchy coating on the chicken. Yum! Although the menu is very simple, it works like a charm with several customizable options and it really seems to hit the spot. I find that the set up of this cafe-style restaurant is chic and perfect for a city like Novi. The choice of colors, textures, furniture and the overall ambiance are very tastefully coordinated. The owners, though, are really what stand out. They make an effort to provide excellent customer service, are very friendly and take time with each customer to make sure that their order is well placed and explained. I was very pleased to see that the restaurant was being well patronized when I stopped by to pick up my take out order this evening. Byrds Hot Chicken is a must try!“

“Pizza is always great!!! Even with my delivery driver getting the wrong address, my pizza was still delivered in the 45 minutes it was promised! Kinda disappointed that I got the ’za in a plain box this time and the onions were less than tubular. Still, overall GREAT!“

“First time here, it was surprisingly good. I had no idea what kind of cuisine they served. Got the kimchi box with slice beef. Mildy seasoned with noodles and rice, it was delicious. The atmosphere was nice except I found the chairs uncomfortable, but that’s me. Service was helpful and prompt.“

“Been a loyal customer since the opening. To be honest it was Almost ALWAYS Randy, who would be taking orders, aswell as preparing. That speaks to the quality that we(unfortunately just myself now) grew to enjoy. I wish I caught the young ladies name who waited on us however she was very friendly and answered all our questions, we had about a 15 min wait and my children went in and got the order when it was ready and then gentleman that was nagging it up the kids came out and said he is super nice and kid friendly! “I ordered food from The Port of Peri Peri on Door Dash for the first time tonight and I am in love!!! The chargrilled flavor of the chicken combined with the unique spices were simply delicious! “This place sells quality wings! I dropped by for a takeout order for a football game at home on a Saturday and ordered 20 half boneless and half bone-in wings with honey barbecue and teriyaki sauce. By both of those sauces, being wet sauces, it was very evident to me that the wings were freshly made made. The boneless wings were very clearly just fried and fresh prior to being dipped in sauce and were crunchy and delicious. Some of the reviews mentioned there's very little meat, however, I found this to not be the case with lots of meat on both types of wings. Because of this, the wings were very filling! Both sauces were perfect. For their sauces, they feature a spicy level spectrum similar to that of Buffalo Wild Wings and other wing chains, but with their own authentic flavors. Highly recommend this spot for chicken wings. They do have other very delicious sounding side options like mac & cheese and also sandwiches that I hope to try next time! Service was timely and the food was ready 15 minutes after I placed the online order. There is limited seating for dining in.“

“I am a vendor to many Jets pizzas. I can tell you that all the Jets I have are super clean! I know :) but it's something that's important to me! LOL! I see a lot of kitchens and practices that make me cringe. So the good places stand out for me.“

“TLDR: Amazing pizza, high-quality ingredients, authentic Indian flavors, wonderful staff!I just tried this place for the first time for lunch and was so blown away by the Paneer Tikka Masala pizza that I came back for dinner and had to order a whole smorgasbord. The pickle pizza came highly recommended to me (and rightfully so), so I had to get that in addition to their other Indian fusion pizzas. All told their paneer and their chicken is out of this world flavorful, and each of the 3 types of Indian fusion pizzas offered are distinctive, authentic, and perfectly balanced. The dough is also worth mentioning, as it is perfectly crunchy with just the right chew, and the garlic butter was amazing on that crust.When I showed up to pick up my dinner order, I was recognized from my earlier lunch pickup. I'm not sure if he was the manager or the owner, but he was definitely the chef responsible for the incredible culinary experience I just had. He asked me what I had thought of the pizza I had gotten earlier, and I told him honestly that it was incredible. He talked to me a bit about what when into bringing these pizzas to the menu, and his passion shows. Not just in how he greets and treats his customers, but also in the products they send out. At his recommendation, I tried their ranch (which is just really good, high-quality ranch) on the Indian fusion pizzas and was not disappointed.All told, this has been one of the best carryout experiences I've had in my life. The people, the food, the prices, truly this has left nothing to be desired. I hope they thrive for decades to come, as this has already become one of my favorite pizza spots ever. I can't wait to work my way through their menu. 10/10, I can not recommend this place highly enough!“

“Very good meal! The breast/thigh chicken was moist on the inside, crispy on the outside- flavorful and not dry at all- Tasted like chicken? The coleslaw is tangy sweet and delicious! My favorite outside of my own recipe- The mashed potatoes were eh…and why brown gravy and not gravy that tastes like chicken gravy? The potatoes have that potato flake mix flavor that I’m not a fan of- The biscuits aren’t fluffy and taste ok-- The sides were part of the meal and perfect size- Some places give you small lil sides-We plan to be back but I’m concerned because they are changing their name to Motor city chicken- Does this mean broasted bros sold business? ?Hope it makes it- Although there are more chicken places than ever, they aren’t all good- This is at the top of my list ?“

“I absolutely love this place! I went the first time and had the gf broasted chicken and it tasted amazing! You would not know it was gluten free. Today I had the new gf chicken sandwich, and I cannot go on enough about that too; it was absolutely incredible! Again, you wouldn’t know it was gluten free. This rivals any chicken sandwich I had before going gf! The staff is incredibly friendly and you can tell they take pride in their food and their restaurant. Also, I’m so happy it’s open for lunch now! Thank you for bringing gf people back a super tasty chicken sandwich! Next time I have to try that lava cake!“

“Discovered this place a few months ago and have ordered now several times. Love the boxes with juicy tasty burgers with a heap of sweet potato waffle fries I am never able to finish it all at once sooo good, would recommend to anyone.Dietary restrictions: Ordering online does not give you the option for drink selection, I am diabetic and even after leaving notes, the dasher brought me drinks I cannot have. Now have to resort to calling the restaurant each time we order.“

“Our delivery driver was so nice! Our salad accidentally got forgot which was totally okay. they were just going to refund it. I was happy with just that. People make mistakes. I make plenty lol I would tell he genuinely felt bad he forgot it but I was still happy with the pizza..he still went back and got us the salad. “It's a great pie! It's a true Italian pizza with a crispy crust that has a soft interior. I tried the standard cheese and a pepperoni and was really impressed. It's the only option for dine in pizza for miles so it's a fantastic option for a night out without breaking the bank.“

“Nicole the manager is such a sweetheart. She made our custom bbq chicken detroit style pizza with no bacon in 12 minutes during Super Bowl. I love that the pizza is so yummy without being greasy like other locations. Thank you to the team for always being our go to pizza place!“

“I recently ordered some pizzas from the Farmington HIlls location and had a wonderful lady who assisted me in my order helping me with providing several options to stay within my budget. As I picked up the order this wonderful lady that I was speaking with on the phone actually turned out to be the owner (Nehla). I inquired about why this location had so many issues in the past 3-4 years staying open especially when we have always had such great pizza and service from this location. Nehla and her family are the new owners to this location & have another on the east side. Nehla says she is enjoying getting to know her FH customers and that they are "all so sweet". The pizzas I did order my guest enjoyed very much. Thank you Nehla (I sure hope I'm spelling your name right ) I'm looking forward to coming back soon.“

“The pizza was ready for pick up on time. It tasted delicious. They had a lot of staff working when I went to pick it up. Like 10 people at least. It was a Friday night, 7:30 pm-ish. I appreciate an owner adequately staffing his store on what I assume is one of their busiest nights of the week.“
