“My husband got stranded at the office and found a pub attached to this place. When I came to get him, we decided to have dinner. Not alot of healthy choices, but we had turkey wraps and salads. Everything was very fresh and yummy. Our server signed us up for the loyalty program which is nice. We will definitely try another location closer to home.“

“Love this place! Thanks Mike for the awesome food experience of Tall Tree Cafe. I’ve been hearing some great stuff about Tall Trees for a while and had to check it out. The menu is simple and delicious. The staff was friendly and appreciative of our business. I really enjoyed the Spicy Mortadella. The bread was so fresh. This place offers sandwiches, salads, and tasty dips. The French Onion dip was yummy. They do cold brews and hot coffee also. I strongly recommend this place. Easy parking in Ferndale.“

“After visiting Portillo's in Chicago many times I was excited to learn that there is one much closer to us. Finally got to try them yesterday and they did not disappoint! Great food and fast and friendly service! Now only 2 hours away instead of 7. Hope to have many more trips across the border!“

“Food is always delicious, only issue I have is the service is not always good and the containers they package the to-go food in is Cheap material. I ordered an omelette and the cheese and moisture from the food made a hole in my paper container if I didn’t notice my food could’ve fell out but other then that the food is always a thumbs up.“

“The soups are my personal favorites. 😊 I’ve tried just about every kind they offer and they are all delicious. I usually order delivery through GrubHub, and I’ve tried several items over the years, but no matter what I’ve ordered it’s always correct and delicious. I highly recommend. 😊“

“Cheryl's Diggity Dogs is as American as it gets located in front of Lowe's, the biggest store in a strip mall on a section of Gratiot lined on either side with car dealerships. The hotdogs or polish sausages are great and you can get a pop and bag of chips for not much extra. One of my favorite places for a snack on my way home from work. Cheryl is very friendly, I'm not sure the name of the other employee but she is also nice. My only complaint is that the hours seem slightly irregular“

“I saw some reviews on here of people who werent impressed or had bad experiences and they almost drove me away from trying this place. Anyway, i went and need to say this place makes an amazing burger and fries. I hope they keep it consistent because it was the best burger I’ve had in Michigan and the fries are everything i want out of a french fry - crispy, salty, actually taste like potatoes… they remind me of belgian fries.
Give it a shot and I hope your experience is as good as mine. My arteries are doomed.“

“This morning I had a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with lettuce, mayo and tomato and it was so good! I went back for dinner and had a loose burger and chili cheese fries with squeeze cheese and it was good! The parking lot is small and the drive thru is a bit awkward. I’ll definitely be returning“

“I left Chicago after the taste of the town me and my homegirl drove over 4 hours just for a delicious corn beef sandwich it was the best thing I had ate all weekend. The food is always fresh and good. I absolutely love this place and I visit every time I’m in town. I’m from Toledo so it’s a 1 drive but always worth it. Chicago food has nothing on Detroit.“

“I love a good burger & fries from Five Guys. These burgers are not greasy & do not give me heartburn or indigestion. The fries are made fresh (they use real potatoes), and they always put twice as many fries in the bag. They have free in the shell peanuts. They're self-serve, so you can eat as much as you want. They are pretty pricey, but we don't eat out often, so when we do eat there, it's a treat. I have not yet tried their shakes.
FYI: This is NOT a traditional sit-down restaurant where a waitress seats you and takes your order. Just don't get your hopes up for a nice fancy place. You go in and order at the counter. But they're so soooooo good. I just wish they offered a combo deal for the burger
Update: they've added a meal option to add to your sandwich/burger. Yay!I can't give it more stars - I already gave it 5 stars. I just wanted to let people know that they did add the meal option. You get a fry (small, I think) and a drink for $5.00.“

“Yummy yummy yummy i drive from Toledo at Least Once A Week to get Food here.It is so damn good. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I also absolutely LOVE the fact that these workers here are kind to the homeless. Ive feed a guy who sits in there occasionally to get warm. Super kind guy minds his own business does not bag or ask for anything but maybe in who I am i'm gonna always offer. Best damn corn beef egg rolls ever.“
