“Art & Jake’s in Romeo is one of those places that immediately pulls you in with its cool, energetic vibe. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between casual and upscale, TVs everywhere for the sports fans, great lighting, and a modern, welcoming layout that makes it ideal for both a night out with friends or a relaxed dinner.

The food really impressed me, especially the Rocky Mountain burger , hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and loaded with toppings that actually complement each other instead of overpowering the burger. The fries were golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, exactly how fries should be.

Service was spot-on, too , our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure drinks stayed full without ever hovering. The only slight miss was the chicken wrap, which was a bit on the dry side, but still tasty enough to enjoy.

Overall, Art & Jake’s delivered a great experience from start to finish. Between the lively atmosphere, great service, and incredible burger, it’s an easy choice for a return visit. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Romeo area!“

“I love the BOGO on thursdays, my daughters, and my go to dinner spot. Everybody is so friendly, Antonio M. waited on us last time, and he is an absolutely amazing staff member and has spot-on service. My beer was always cold and never ran out! Even when the restaurant got crazy busy he just kept stepping up his game! Can't wait to come here for some Red Wings playoff games.“

“CJ Pub is one of our favorite local bars! My husband and I have visited multiple times, and I even hosted my birthday party there a few years ago. The drinks and food are always great.

“Last night my family and myself went to Grand Tavern for supper after a long day. Our waiter Xhorxh was absolutely amazing! Personally, I have dietary restrictions and explained to him that I am unable to have gluten, dairy, or egg. I had already pre-creeped the menu before arriving so I could find a meal that would be easy to hopefully adapt to my dietary restrictions. After explaining my restrictions Xhorxh was ON IT! He immediately spoke to the chef and the chef adapted my meal to my restrictions. Xhorxh did tell me that there could be a possible cross contamination with gluten on one of my sides and explained that they couldn’t guarantee that that one thing would be gluten free. Listen, not very often in the service industry do you come across a wait staff member or chef that made sure to cross all of the boxes. I ordered brussel sprouts as the appetizer without the cheese (I could have had three plates of that it was so good) and the cedar plank salmon and ordered two veggies as my side. IT was DELISH!!!!! Xhorxh also made sure that our drinks were constantly filled and took amazing care of our family. My MIL even made a comment after we received our meals how she really liked him as a waiter. I wished we had a Grand Tavern where we lived but unfortunately we are 8 hours away but we will absolutely be back when visiting family! ❤️“

“It was my first time here with some friends and it was so fun! I had such a fun time! The food was great and the drinks were amazing! I met Felicia who was the manager and she was so nice! She recommended a non-alcoholic drink because I don't drink but I like to do fun nights with friends! Lol The atmosphere is fun and I really liked it. I will definitely be back.“

“Took our first trip to this place just last night. Has a little bit of everything for those not looking to stay seated during dinner. Food took forever though and was decent. Waitress was a little lost with constantly asking our table of 6 what they ordered and whose drink went with whose order. Other than that the atmosphere was pretty cool. We played some cornhole, which was decently priced by the hour ($10). Plus they had classic arcade games, free to play like Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong along with 90’s classics like Mortal Kombat, NFL Blitz and House of the Dead. Plus over a dozen pinballs. Arcade area was a sight to see since most places now use carnival or ticket games. They also had a poker room which was full. Did not see any pool tables, darts or disc golf so not sure if those get removed during poker night. I’d consider coming back but not during their busier times. It was more than half capacity but id imagine an even further delay on food or your wait staff being really lost handling more than 20 orders at multiple tables. Either way I’d recommend it as long as you aren’t really hungry going in or don’t like huge crowds.“

“CK Diggs is an absolute gem near downtown Rochester! The food was amazing — everything we ordered was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We tried the boneless wings, nachos, quesadillas, Reuben sandwich, Southwest pasta, Cajun steak strips, pretzel bites, and Beijing beef — and every single dish was delicious.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The Cookie Monster and carrot was was beyond delicious.

Warm comfortable interior to play a game or bet on the lotto.
Don't be fooled by the plain appearance of the outside stop in for great food. Fish and Chips is the best and they have been know for it for decades. Also burgers are top notch. Prices are still reasonable.
Take the time to check out this long lived Macomb Co. Local favorite.“

No joke, we have a BDubbs closer to our home and the service is horrible. If you pay for an experience that’s what you should get, no questions asked and Klara is an exception that needs promotion!
