“I hate leaving bad reviews, buy this wasn't just they got my food wrong. I ordered a bagel with extra butter because by the time I get ti work it is dry if I don't. I noticed on the screen it said just butter. When I got up to the window I verified with the young man that it was extra butter he said yes. I pull around and I decide to look while still in the parking lot because I just had a feeling and I was right didn't even look like butter had been put on so I know it wasn't extra. I try the door and lobby is closed so I knock because the guy from the drive thru I was just in can see me and try to tell him just walks past so I knock again and he does the same thing and continues to ignore me. There was a line of 10+ cars so I didn't have time to wait again for them to fix their error that I already had tried to fix. That was absolutely horrible service!!!“
“Hands-down, best cup of coffee around. On top of that a delicious BLT accompanied with a moist perfect blueberry muffin and that’s how I start everyday. I can’t imagine getting through the workday without going to Tim Hortons on 180 cass Lake first. If you haven’t been in a while, I suggest that you go in and see how wonderful the staffing is today and the well run clean shop. Everyone is friendly and everything is delicious.“
