“My son loves his place and says that their food is really good I'm not much of a Chinese food person so I can't comment to the different meals. However I can speak to their hot and sour soup it is the second best round the first best unfortunately closed a while back and I've been scrambling for a replacement and looks like this place is going to win. So if you like hot and sour soup I can definitely attest second best ever if you're looking for additional my son says it's very good.“

“I took my girlfriend to The Avenue Brunch House on Michigan Ave in Dearborn to celebrate her birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The restaurant is beautiful inside, the wait was short, and our server, Veronica, was absolutely wonderful. The food—wow!—large portions, perfectly cooked, and reasonably priced. The drinks were excellent too. It was the perfect birthday brunch for her and a great time for both of us. A true gem in Dearborn—highly recommended!“

“This place is amazing! And not just the food… The family owned atmosphere and the people running it our amazing. While I was waiting for my takeout order, I started talking to the two owners, their two adult sons, whowho were all having dinner… I commented how good their homemade chicken wings smelled and looked. Before I knew it, I was being forced to eat their chicken wings, dates, and the specialty drink that they were having for their dinner. I can’t wait to go back! The food is so good and the people were better.“

“First time trying this sub shop, shout out to Nancy for bringing me one! Now, onto the review. Overall, it was a pretty good sub shop. I had the 5 in 1 sandwich, the bread to meat ratio was a little off as it was way more bread than meat which can be a little off putting to some. The bread was pretty dense. Also, the sauce on the sub was pretty good but had lots of vinegar so be aware if you’re aren’t big on a strong acid taste.

Overall I would give them a 7.5 and would be willing to try a different sandwich!“

Ribs were perfect and chicken Alfredo was cut small as offered due to my oral surgery recently. Above and beyond call of duty. Drink was quickest i ever received it. And very tasty. “We have frequented Lai Thai for almost 4 years now. That loyalty is our own true testament for their excellence in both flavors and service. The owner and his family are always so welcoming and attentive. Our regular dishes are the Tom Kha Gai soup for appetizer, the C11 curry and anything with the basil base (Basil Fried Rice, Pad Gra Praw). All the dishes are packed with unique blend of favors. The curry has a very distinct rich and citrusy profile, while their basil base is deeply infused with the herbs. I can’t say enough good words about this place, you ll have to try it out!“

“Best gluten free in area. Tru pizza and Rumi's Passion side by side offer the best gluten free food I've seen and the greatest variety you can get in a store. I don't know of any other place anywhere nearby that is dedicated gluten free or with such a selection. Good place, good people!“
