“I've been to all the local family restaurants in the area and hands down Red Apple is at the top. the vintage cozy feel, the staff, and the food is always consistent and spot on. I always wanted to run a joint like this in a small town. and I love that this place gives you that small town feel where everyone is like family.“

“My son loves his place and says that their food is really good I'm not much of a Chinese food person so I can't comment to the different meals. However I can speak to their hot and sour soup it is the second best round the first best unfortunately closed a while back and I've been scrambling for a replacement and looks like this place is going to win. So if you like hot and sour soup I can definitely attest second best ever if you're looking for additional my son says it's very good.“

“Recently renovated, this restaurant is usually packed at dinner. No reservations. The food is good and ample. Soups are hearty and excellent! The service is really good. I like that some dishes, cabbage rolls for example, you can order one or two. Prices have become pretty steep for a diner style restaurant. Not unusual to pay close to $20 for an entree. Atmosphere is rated average due to noise level and need to wait for seating. That said the renovation is really pleasant and the people couldn’t be kinder. Recommend!“

Jerry the owner greeted us and checked in with us multiple times and we had the most amazing server, Joe who took care of us and answered all questions we had and made phenomenal suggestions for appetizers, entrees, and dessert. “Very good sandwiches! The taste is fresh and it will satisfy your craving for a good sandwich. My only complaint would be the meat to bread ratio on my turkey sandwich. I really don't like sandwiches with a lot of meat, but this one felt under-meated even for me.

“Doordashed New York Sushi tonight. Philadelphia roll was meh, sort of room temperature and slightly soggy and slimey. Not great. Vegas roll however was fried goodness. Loved the coating, loved the crunch, loved the flavors, loved the jalepeno. The smell of the ginger was fantastic. The rice was cooked well and not hard. Philadelphia roll tasted like they got some lox from the bagel house and put them with a slimey avocado and everything sat on the counter too long. Hope I don't get sick.“

I couldn’t even decide what I wanted to eat (if you’re a celiac you know that never happens!) so many great options and everything I tried was delicious. One of the owners came right out to my table to explain their precautions to me and made me feel so comfortable eating there. Great family business! I had a corned beef sandwhich and tots(dedicated fryer!!) and also tried the mozzarella stick appetizers. 10/10! Must try for all celiacs and their families!“

“All I can say is WOW!!! This is truly a Mom and Pop hole in the wow, and likely some of the best Almond Boneless Chicken I've had in terms of flavor! I made the "mistake" of ordering a dinner sized portion, thinking that the lunch size wouldn't be enough, but I was mistaken by a long shot. I wish I lived out this way as I'd likely order at least once a week!“

“I never used to like sushi, not a big fan of raw fish. I’ve been trying new things recently, So when my family wanted to try O’Sushi last fall, I said why not? The best decision I’ve made with a new restaurant in a long time. There’s so many cooked varieties of sushi that me AND my picky eater fiancé absolutely ADORE this place. The raw stuff is fantastic too according to my parents and the friends I’ve dragged there, and I will come to this restaurant EVERY time I want sushi now. The restaurant is a sweet little thing nestled between chain restaurants on the corner of Ford and Lilley, but they are the best one to walk into. The staff are very friendly and you can guarantee they will greet you with a smile. There’s lots to try, including mochi ice cream, my fiancé finds the red bean and green tea flavors delicious! We have had many wonderful evenings at O’Sushi, and I recommend it to all of my friends. Your dinner concludes with these little candies that, once again, are delectable. Thank you O’Sushi for giving me a new cuisine to fall in love with, and you KNOW we’ll be back soon~ 🥰“

“This place is phenomenal. I don’t say that lightly. Everything was perfect. We got a margarita pizza, the lobster ravioli, and the tiramisu. Couldn’t believe how good the sauce was on the ravioli. The pizza had a soft crunch at the bottom and it was so light! They also serve fresh bread. The tiramisu was a huge portion and enough for two. We also got a chicken soup which was fantastic. Our server Tracey was so kind and welcoming. I will DEFINITELY be back here and recommend it to everyone!!! Huge fan!“
