“Stopped in for a quick bite and a brew and stayed for a while. It was a great experience, and my server Haley made it even better. She is so good at what she does and has a great personality to boot! The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the beer was ice-cold. “We enjoyed our time at the HUB. We went for a small birthday party and did the golfing simulator and bombowling. The golf simulator is not TopGolf so I’m not sure why it’s labeled as such… we had several issues with the simulator and no one knew enough about it to assist. The bombowling was fun, but at $100/hr for the lane, it’s a bit steep. We were able to get a few games in with 6 people but once it gets crowded it can be problematic with footballs flying and bouncing everywhere. Overall, I’d come back with a larger group so you can split costs evenly. Prices can start to get higher if it’s less than 4 people.“

“I only had a sandwich and some mozzarella sticks but those were good and other people seemed happy with their meals - but mostly here to say the atmosphere / service at this place is unmatched. Amy & Heather who I got the opportunity to have as bartenders and servers both times I came (and they’re sisters! How fun) both went beyond the call of normal service. This place was the closest nearby spot to an emergency vet I took my dog to after an attack. I was obviously a bit solemn when I came in the first time for lunch and immediately they asked me if I was okay and both came around the bar to hug me when tears started welling and listened to my story and showed so much care and compassion for my poor doggy. When I came back a week later they recognized me IMMEDIATELY and asked how my boy was doing and were overjoyed when I said he’s healing well and getting stitched up today. I also wanted to come back to get their names just so I could be sure to mention them by name in a review because they certainly deserve it. Outside of that, clearly they (and the rest of the staff here) have compassion and familiarity with mostly everyone who walked in the door. They impressively remembered names, usual orders, and asked specific questions about peoples’ lives (and I was sitting at the bar for a long time while I waited for my dog both times and got to witness LOTS of interactions) - all were overwhelmingly positive. I love love LOVE this place. I live in Detroit and rarely come to the suburbs unless I need to - but I might have to start making Mr. Joe’s a regular stop ❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“Matt has done a good job at cleaning the place up, especially the restrooms. Open Mic night is a great way to see live performances and many different styles. I also like Friday Karaoke- the bar was 80% full and people were having a great time with their friends. If I was to have any complaint it would be parking, needs better lighting , repaving and expanding if at all possible. If that happened they would have to have add another floor“
