“Ever since I moved to Wixom this Duncan has gave me top notch service. Always a friends face and a smile waiting for me. There a man named kesab that is always working the window and he’s one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He always greets me and makes sure every coffee or food is 10-10. I go out of my way for coffee just to come to this Duncan and say what’s up. I have never gotten bad or burnt coffee and I’ve never gotten cold or over cooked food. “I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons this morning that I had to share. I went through the drive-thru for a coffee and a bagel and, being half asleep, I drove off with my coffee and completely forgot my bagel. As I was exiting the parking lot, I happened to look over and saw the employee running outside trying to get my attention so he could give me the bagel I left behind.

He easily could have just let me go and assumed I’d come back, but instead he went out of his way to make sure I got my food. That level of customer service and kindness doesn’t happen often anymore, and it really made my morning. Thank you for going the extra mile!!“
