“Stopped in to try the Nashville Hot Cone for breakfast today. It was worth the trip! The cone was overflowing with goodness. Check out the pic. The chicken was spicy, but not distracting from the rest of the ingredients. The vanilla from the waffle cone and the creaminess of the sausage gravy complimented the chicken VERY nicely. I also ordered a fresh brewed coffee. I can tell you it was as good as you'll get anywhere in the Lansing area. They were adding the patron decorated tiles to the ceiling. Some awesome and creative work! My meal, WITH tip was just under $10. Outstanding bargain! This place is a gem.“

They're only open Mid-April through Mid-September.Large Custard Twist in a Cup ($3.60) - Decadent, heavy, creamy, dense, everything you could want from a great frozen custard. Bob Jo's almost always has a pretty long line, so you know they have great turnover and you can expect to get freshly churned custard. Prices are only around 10 cents more than last year, but they've also undergone some shrinkflation (the current large cup is only around 2/3 the size of the large last year). Not giving a full 5 stars as a few preventable issues occurred; we got one napkin but there were two of us eating, the Onion Rings didn’t have what was advertised on them (I didn’t correct this as I noticed after), and we had to put through 2 orders as an item was missing the first time around. “the aqua fresca's here are so good. every time my boyfriend and i come here its so delicious. service is great and quick. i literally crave the drinks they have on a weekly basis and i wish i didn't live so far away the sweet fruity stuff is so fresh and feels healthy to eat and drink (doesn't make you feel gross when you drink it). the prices are also AMAZING. lots of good places near by as well. come here for a cheap, fresh, and fruity snack. they have a beautiful mural on the wall and some game machines.“

The menu is brief, but has some good burger and other options, and obviously ice cream and shakes, although we had an event and couldn't get any. We got a "normal" burger and a spicy one, and both were very good. The patties could use a little seasoning, but they were nice and juicy. The buns and toppings are also very good.
