Immediately asked what I ordered, how I wanted it made and had it made immediately. This was extremely helpful after I lost 25 minutes from the app error. “First time here! When you hear about little bars or restaurants off the beaten path that have great food, Franks Cafe is the place. We squeezed in to the last two available seats at the bar today (Fish fry Friday) and ordered the walleye and the perch. The wait for it was a little long but holy moly, well worth the wait! The owner was in constant motion at the fryers working his butt off as were the wait staff and bartenders too. I’ve had fish all over the downriver area and this place was the best! I’m from Irish Hills where they have good fish too, but I’m telling you, try the fish at Franks! Outstanding!“

“This is a great addition to Wyandotte! The bagels were good and the sandwiches were solid. The bacon is not premium, but does the job, and the eggs are pretty good despite their appearance (square cut from a sheet pan). The coffee is great! If you’re dining in, you’ll get a glass and real plates, so order to-go if you’re planning on taking your coffee with you. You could tell they had a bigger budget for the one in Corktown for the interior, but the vibes here are still good and on the way to really knocking out of the park.“

“The absolute best little bakery and cafe. Everything and I mean everything is delicious. It’s all home made from scratch and so so so good. It’s one of those places you can take anybody to and they’ll find something yummy to eat. It feels so good to be able to go out with my little daughter and be able to feed her good food she actually is excited to eat. A very special place!

Kid-friendliness: They are SO good about your littles. My girl loves everything there, cookies, sandwiches, soups, quiche. The staff is super kid-friendly. We go so often, my 2 year old girl loves them all!“

“Stopped at the BIGGBY Coffee in Flat Rock this morning as my usual BIGGBY stop was still not open after 6:10 am. Well, I’ll be frequenting the Flat Rock location from now on! Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door, quick service, and I believe it was the owner, gave me a stack of coupons to give to the teachers at my school! Excellent experience overall!!“

“Everytime I come here the service is outstanding! See my bf ordered a drink thru the app but HE, not the baristas, made a mistake ordering hot instead of frozen and the associate Jay remade the drink he had wanted with no questions asked and was very polite about it! Included coupons for the trouble as well ❤️ & both versions of the drink, hot & frozen, were delicious (definitely made with love!) the manager Dev was very kind as well!! I'll never go to the Southfield Rd Bigby again.. plus the service there is always subpar and drinks wrong even when ordered correctly.. but the service and deliciousness of the drinks at the outer drive location made my our day. If they see this thank you guys soooooo much, nothing like a great coffee with even better customer service! 🙂🙃“
