“Wow what a rare find here in the Midwest. I am from Tucson and have been very much missing authentic Mexican food and decided to try my luck once more as I was missing home today on Cinco de Mayo. I was SHOCKED at how amazing these tacos were. The meat was tender and flavorful and the tortillas were just right. I tried the Al pastor, carne asada, and birria, all of which were fantastic. “i never regret getting food from here. my go-to is the california burrito with steak, delicious and stays warm even for take-out. def fills you up, sometimes i can't finish it.

their habanero hot sauce is incredible, as well as their salsa (not too hot but not too mild either). i wish chips were salted, but they go really well with the salsa. churros are great too but i don't get them often since the burrito is a calorie bomb.

“I might just have a new favorite taco spot in Ypsi. If you're looking for an unassuming restaurant that provides killer food at a reasonable price - look no further!

I've been to Taqueria La Marqueza a few times now and each time has left me wanting to go back immediately. The food is spectacular, and the staff is super friendly; they were really helpful in trying to understand the best options.

My personal recommendation: get the Chorizo! It's fantastically seasoned, and truly leaves you wanting to eat about 7 metric tons of it. It's great in the tacos, and their burrito is an excellent value as well. If you're doing a takeout order, my pro-tip is to get some tacos and order a burrito for lunch the next day!

The restaurant's red & green salsas are both excellent -- make sure to grab some extra because you'll probably want to drink it with a straw.

“I stopped in for an evening snack and cold beverage. The beer was served in a frosted mug. So good. I ordered the Shrimp and cheese appetizer. It was piping hot and came with sauteed onions and green peppers. Since I sat at the bar, I was also treated to complimentary tortilla chips and salsa. The price was reasonable and staff excellent. I will certainly be back.“

“This is by far the best taco bell I've been to in forever. I left the one on Plymouth in Ann arbor due to some managers (Lakayah) unprofessional attitude (eye rolling, food slamming, and disrespectful escalation of unwanted drama) just to come here and it was well worth it. I recommend others to come here especially if you have going children with you. They love love love children and I love it ! The experience was a breath of fresh air after traveling from the other location I mentioned previously. Y'all enjoy , I promise you won't be disappointed🥰
