“I only stopped in here today to buy a side of pizza sauce to use when eating my leftovers for lunch. Customer Service was very fast, quick to assist me! Their food is always great, doesn't matter if you pick ut up in the store, or have it delivered!! My boyfriend says that they have the best sauce of all! If it isn't, it's damn nearclose!! “We travel to Holland every year or so and always visit Hops for dinner while there. We enjoy the atmosphere and staff are always attentive and fun. Wagyu steak has been our favorite meal for the past few years as it was always fork tender, moist and flavorful. We were disappointed that while still flavorful it was very tough and dry. I’m not sure if it was the way it was prepared or just a poor cut of steak. Our salads and asparagus were top notch as usual. Our next trip we will still visit Hops but we won’t be ordering the Wagyu steak.“

“We go every other Sunday evening but that ends now! this location is disgusting, it's dirty and on super bowl Sunday the floors where so slick my abled body almost became disabled from a fall and not one employee seemed to care or even bother to get a slippery floor sign. This is a direct failure in management as they are not concerned about the conditions of the restaurant. Our family of 7 will not be returning and warning everyone to stay away until new management is brought in and a very very deep cleaning is done!!!“

“We were her during tulip time. This was the only place not packed before and after our day in Holland. Nice bar layout and typical bar decor. Bartender was nice. After we did some tulip things we walked downtown looking for a place to eat and ended up back here. They got slammed and they only had 3 people working the floor, I believe. Everyone was doing their best under the circumstances. We had the deluxe taco and the specialty pizza and it was amazing.“

“I made an online order for 10 pizzas tonight, filled in the correct pickup time for tomorrow evening, but the site somehow defaulted my order to pickup TONIGHT! I called the location immediately to try and change the pickup date and time, and was on hold for the entire time it took to make all 10 pizzas. When an employee picked up, I explained the situation, he put me on with the store manager. The store manager wasn’t sure if he’d be able to do anything, but checked with his district manager, which was the correct thing to do. He then said there was no problem, canceled the incorrect order, and put it in again for pickup tomorrow. I am very happy with his understanding and willingness to help. Didn’t get his name, but whoever was store manager on the evening of 4/11/24: Excellent customer service skills! You’re good at your job. My little girl’s birthday party was saved!“
