Cairo Cafe is described as well lit, spacious, and welcoming, with friendly staff and top-notch customer service. One visit involved a hot cookie & butter latte that was subtle and tasty, though it took about five minutes for the two baristas to notice a customer. The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted incredible, with portions generous and service going above and beyond. The owners were thanked for their generosity, kindness, and wonderful hospitality, and the overall experience was fantastic. The karak chai, made with milk, strong black tea, and cardamom, was super hot and super delicious, and the menu also had a Somali chai and more than just the Adeni chai. There was plenty of seating, a nice bakery case variety, and a quiet atmosphere on a late morning weekday, with some tables with people on laptops and a few with a small group. The service was good and the order was taken right away, and the chai took a bit of time but was worth it. The Honeycomb Sweet Rolls are genuinely the best, and the handcrafted drinks all taste incredible. Customer service is 10/10, and food, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere are amazing. The mini pancakes, raspberry matcha, and cookie butter latte were super delicious and everything was a 10/10.
