“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!“

“Every time I come to Prima, I am greeted by a woman with curly hair and beautiful smile. She is always so kind and gives great service. Today was no different. I ordered crab cakes and a pasta with sausage dish would was delicious. I remembered to take pics this time but I highly recommend this place.

The location wasn’t quite where I was expecting—tucked away and easy to miss if you’re not familiar with the area—but absolutely worth finding. I was genuinely impressed with the sandwiches – packed with flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. The price point felt fair considering the portion sizes; I easily got two hearty servings out of just half a hoagie. The taste was incredible – rich, fresh, and satisfying in every bite. “Food, atmosphere, and drinks were all fantastic. The Owner/Chef Joel has created something special at this gem nestled in a Minneapolis neighborhood. We had a large party for a friends pre-wedding dinner and the staff handled it great. From the apps to the desert, you can’t go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. We were all tasting each others food by the end of the night wanting to try EVERYTHING! Some have stated a smaller menu and prices, but then say the food blew them away…I for one like to pay to keep amazing food and ingredients an option. Can’t wait to bring my wife and other family members in the Twin Cities to do it again.“

Food: Gorgeous/amazing presentation , fresh, hot, professionally packed. I ordered from Red Rabbit in Saint Paul for my work holiday party. Everyone LOVED the food and the portions are generous. I was able to easily and beautifully display it. The timing was perfect and everything went smoother than I had hoped. This is your one stop shop for all of your party food needs. “Incredible experience. My boyfriend and I came in fairly late after a concert on a Saturday night, and we were greeted politely by staff and seated immediately. Jake was our server and he was awesome. Despite having a long and busy night, he was very friendly, on top of things, and gave us some good laughs. He went above and beyond! A manager took the $12 off my bill.“

Had Carbones on each of his birthdays and when overdue on each of our pregnancies. He passed away 16 years ago but I still have Carbones on our anniversary and his birthday; he would have been 81 today. The pizza is still as grand as my memories.“

He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and honestly, his little jokes throughout the meal made the whole experience even better.
