I have flewed to South East Asian countries and tried singaporean chinese, malaysia chinese and thai versions which are overall juicy and tasty . Cantonese roast pork is mediocre at best. Roasted pork skin is leathery and too salty. Char Siew bbq pork is just okay but at times dry. Ordered duck sauce and chilli oil but was never given any that is worth 6 bucks! Ordered all these online for pickup and was delayed twice by a total almost 30 minutes from estimated delivery time....read full review

What a Gem in the Twin cities! My family I have been going to this restaurant for the last 11 years. It is a family owned business that deserves more recognition! They always treat my family with respect each time we come. My toddler can be a bit rambunctious but they treat her like family! Their menu is impressive and well worth every penny spent. The food at Hip Sing is so delicious! My parents and I love coming here. My mom’s favorite dish is the seafood tofu hotpot, my dad’s is the sizzling beef tenderloin, and mine is the beef chow fun with sauce. The employees are kind and helpful.
