“We had a dinner party for 33 people in this wonderful place on Saturday night celebrating the marriage of my son and his new bride. The manager Stephanie was so wonderful to work with knowing we would be taking up almost half the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.“

“My mom and I stopped in for lunch and we were greeted immediately and chose a table to sit at. I chose their spiciest burger (the name escapes me) and my mom chose the pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious, but if you don't like things too spicy, ask them to put the spicy sauce on the side for your burger. It was a lot of heat, but still so good! Atmosphere was calm and relatively quiet as there were only a few customers at the bar and surrounding tables during our visit. Our server was also bartending, and he was very attentive. I'd definitely stop back in whenever I happen to be on that side of the cities!“

“A great area for dogs of all sizes to run outdoors, attentive staff to manage any pup issues, a great menu, and great drinks! It's a fantastic place to spend an evening with friends and your dogs without worrying about keeping your dog on your heels. There is also an indoor area for rainy or snowy days.“

“Just went here for drinks and small plates and really enjoyed it! I will say it's a lot darker irl than in the photos, so I'd suggest sitting at a booth or at the bar. Those spaces appeared to have more candles n lights. Also, the door is in the back of the building, don't go through Porzana. I had a couple drinks, empanadas, and dessert. Everything was tasty. Yes it's a spendy place, but I feel like you do get what you pay for. Will definitely come back to celebrate some occasion soon.“

““Small Hour” is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Minneapolis, and I finally had the chance to visit after meaning to stop by for quite some time. That evening felt extra special — my friend was performing music, so it almost felt like an invited night out, and I went with my girlfriend and another close friend.

Unlike many wine bars in the Twin Cities, this one felt much more casual and approachable. You don’t feel the pressure to dress up — it’s the kind of place where you can come to unwind, share a good bottle, and enjoy the moment. We ordered a bottle of rosé wine, which was well-chosen and perfectly chilled. The wine selection overall was thoughtful and balanced, with options for both casual drinkers and those who appreciate something unique.

The food was simple but satisfying, complementing the wines nicely without overcomplicating things. The whole experience felt minimalist and modern, allowing us to focus more on conversation and atmosphere than on pretense. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try too hard — and that’s exactly what makes it charming.

Here, you order at the counter — it’s self-service, and the staff doesn’t hover over you, which actually gave us the space to talk and relax comfortably. The owner had a warm, genuine smile, and you could tell they care about creating a space that feels both local and intentional.

It wasn’t too crowded when we visited, but the vibe was cozy, stylish, and quietly vibrant — perfect for a low-key evening with friends or a special date night. I wouldn’t call it an everyday stop, but for the right occasion or a meaningful meeting, Small Hour is absolutely worth the visit.

“Just leanred about the Truth bar at Natural Products #expoeast. This is a great bar. I am wowed by the Ingredients with a Purpose theme. Prebiotic and Probiotic is brilliant. The ingredients are very healthy and taste great.The only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is information pending about the sourcing of the cacao and coconut to see if it is fair trade and organic which would help justify the pricing and set it above most bars of a similar type.“

“This is a GREAT small venue! So much fun, and very well kept. It was a little difficult to find because the sign outside isn't very distinct. But there's tons of street parking and a paid lot right next to the venue. The facilities were clean. The servers were very kind. We had a table up top in the balcony, which was totally worth the extra expense. Would absolutely go back for another show!“

“We enjoy coming to JJs for Bingo and food and drinks. It’s usually busy on Bingo days, but we get there early and can get a table and order food and drinks before the first number is called. The service is good even though the place is super busy, and prices are reasonable. The waitresses are very upbeat, laugh at my husband’s jokes and refill our drinks without us having to ask. My husband’s favorites are the lasagna or chicken potpie. I usually have the Caesar salad with salmon and it has been good, although once or twice the salmon was slightly overcooked. The last time I thought I’d try something different and ordered the turkey melt and was sorely disappointed. I was looking forward to a slightly greasy sautéed sandwich with gooey cheese oozing out, stuffed with turkey. Instead the sandwich I received was like dry toast, with two slices of cheese stuck to it and a skimpy amount of turkey. I ate the turkey and peeled the cheese off, but it was very underwhelming. Please learn how to make a proper melt sandwich or take it off the menu. I won’t be ordering it again. Not giving a terrible rating, because this has been the only bad experience in over two years, but I just had to let you know the sandwich was terrible. Thanks.“

“I suggest you make a reservation at Club 300 to eat dinner first, before going down to Nucky's Speakeasy. My wife had chicken parmesan and I had the rack of lamb. So delicious! We overheard a woman at the table next to us say her fish was the best she ever had. After dinner head to the bar in the speakeasy and order one of their probation drinks. The place is decorated with several photos of gangsters and wanted posters. Very authentic. What we liked best was the waitstaff and the illumined bar. Make sure you leave enough time to have a total experience.“

“Was here for a private birthday party, and the venue was so cute. The bartender was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The selection of gin was 10/10. The food was delicious. Highly recommend stopping by Moonwater. The Gin and Jam (peach habanero) was 5 stars. And the wallpaper was adorable had to add that in :)“

The rules are clear on the packet #5 that you must call bingo loud enough for the bingo employees to hear you(not your table or the people around you) rule #6 says You must call bingo on the last number called.The last number is valid until the letter of the next ball is called. This organization did not honor the rules that they have in place. They honored a bingo from the number before. The caller even called the gambling manager who gave the ok to pay the winner who did NOT have the bingo on the last number. It's a shame that this organization doesn't follow the their own bingo rules and I won't recommend or be back be back until things change“
