Flora Room is a gorgeous cocktail bar located behind and beneath Chef Del Prado's steakhouse Porzana. Fortunately, I arrived at 5:30 PM on a Saturday, which was early enough to avoid a line and a velvet rope. I don't wait in line for anything unless I'm at a pharmacy, bakery, post office, or airport. Flora Room is a unique and funky spot with a dimly lit, plant-filled atmosphere and a fun menu. The service is friendly and amazing, with delightful servers who remember orders even in chaotic moments. The drinks are good, creative, and well-balanced, like the Old Fox and Southie. The vibe is elevated and classy, with candles everywhere and fun music that isn’t intrusive. It’s perfect for a pre-event sip, romantic date, or post-dinner gathering after enjoying Porzana. The food is delicious, though the menu is limited to lite bites. The bartenders are highly praised for their attentiveness, humor, and quick service, making the experience exceptional.
