“I came in around lunch time and a female employee was stalking the line because it was pretty empty & all of the employees where yelling at her to help a customer that had just walked through the door she wouldn’t have even been able to make a salad because it looked like there was barely any to no greens in front of her ! Management should know how to talk to employees I would have walked to the back to after the embarrassment!“

“What started out as a major disappointment at lunch today, turned out to be a wonderful! Thanks to Courtney McInroy, Assistant General Manger, at the Chanhassen Noodles for fixing an error that was not even Noodles problem! I ordered lunch from an online delivery service for my 7 co-workers and I today, but it never showed up. Courtney confirmed my fear that they never got my larger order. Courtney and her team got on it right away and had it ready in 10 minutes! And they didn't make me pay for any of the food items!! Thank you so much Courtney and staff!!! The food was delicious as always.“

“Incredible experience. My boyfriend and I came in fairly late after a concert on a Saturday night, and we were greeted politely by staff and seated immediately. Jake was our server and he was awesome. Despite having a long and busy night, he was very friendly, on top of things, and gave us some good laughs. He went above and beyond! The food came out quick and was fresh and hot. We are very pleased with our experience. Great food and even better service.“

Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “Service is great and the food is very good and fresh for the most part. My only complaint is that sometimes brownish arugula makes its way into the bin and ends up getting served. Employees really should remove this beforehand—if you wouldn’t eat it yourself, don’t serve it to customers.“

“I love Potbelly! It always satisfies my hunger and it defies my expectations every time! The sandwiches are always cooked to perfection and the vegetables are healthy and perfect. I recommend coming here if you like warm sandwiches, quick food, and good service as I’ve always been extremely happy. “I'd never been here before, and one of their employees recommended a turkey club. It was seriously SO good. I'm so impressed. You could literally taste the smokey flavor in the turkey, and the sandwich overall was seriously delicious. I also had a strawberry smoothie that was way better than the usual ice and flavor combination you get at many other places. I will definitely be ordering here more. “Visited this location tonight with my family. The manager (Nick) was working the register when we arrived. Nick was great while ordering and made sure everything went smooth. After we ordered and sat down I went back up to get the food while my husband stayed with our child. Nick offered to help carry the food back to my table and then once we were settled he came back once more to make sure everything was right. Very good service!“
