“I came in around lunch time and a female employee was stalking the line because it was pretty empty & all of the employees where yelling at her to help a customer that had just walked through the door she wouldn’t have even been able to make a salad because it looked like there was barely any to no greens in front of her ! Management should know how to talk to employees I would have walked to the back to after the embarrassment!“

“What started out as a major disappointment at lunch today, turned out to be a wonderful! Thanks to Courtney McInroy, Assistant General Manger, at the Chanhassen Noodles for fixing an error that was not even Noodles problem! I ordered lunch from an online delivery service for my 7 co-workers and I today, but it never showed up. Courtney confirmed my fear that they never got my larger order. Courtney and her team got on it right away and had it ready in 10 minutes! And they didn't make me pay for any of the food items!! Thank you so much Courtney and staff!!! The food was delicious as always.“

“Incredible experience. My boyfriend and I came in fairly late after a concert on a Saturday night, and we were greeted politely by staff and seated immediately. Jake was our server and he was awesome. Despite having a long and busy night, he was very friendly, on top of things, and gave us some good laughs. He went above and beyond! “Honestly our experience couldn't have been better. We arrived early and were offered complimentary Prosecco while we waited. A small thing, but a nice touch. Old fashioned was a 10. Food was inventive, aesthetic and cooked to perfection. Server was attentive and informed. Really nice job to all involved!“

“I just stopped and got lunch to go,Penne Rosa with a French Baguette, as I'm sitting down to eat my lunch now there is no French baguette but I got my butter 😢 and the Penne does not have much sauce on it. They were not busy at all while I was there so I believe this to be a lazy mistake of not making sure everything was there.“

You could literally taste the smokey flavor in the turkey, and the sandwich overall was seriously delicious. “Visited this location tonight with my family. The manager (Nick) was working the register when we arrived. Nick was great while ordering and made sure everything went smooth. After we ordered and sat down I went back up to get the food while my husband stayed with our child. Nick offered to help carry the food back to my table and then once we were settled he came back once more to make sure everything was right. Very good service!“
