“Food was great. Probably one of the juiciest chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Restaurant is always clean and well maintained. The service was disappointing. We were sat quickly and given to Ty. She was friendly but less than attentive. With only a handful of tables on a Monday night I expect standard service. No check back after we got our food, had to flag her down for refill and then still had to wait 15 minutes for our check.“

“BOO to all the naysayers. I drive from Coon Rapids at least once a month just to breathe some non-city air and deal with down-to-earth friendly people. Have never seen or experienced any negativity towards anyone. Yes, it can get a little raucous and rowdy at times but THAT IS A BONUS!! They don't have a fancy menu but that's not what it's about. You can walk up to anyone in there and start talking to them and it's like they know you and you know them. The people that have had a problem there, I'M SORRY but . . . . . the problem is THEMSELVES. (sp???) whatever. LOL)“

“We had a small gathering for my parents 50th anniversary and Jack and Jim's accommodated us perfectly! Staff was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast/lunch buffet was wonderful. Our drinks never went empty and there was an overabundance of food always available. I would highly recommend! Kuddos to the Staff at Jack and Jim's!!“
