“Nice local family restaurant & bar. Menu is standard fare for small Minnesota town. We were disappointed on two fronts: food was served without a napkin or utensils (forks, spoons , knives). We had to ask for them while our food was cooling... in addition, it was difficult to get service bc the waitstaff was spending their time conversing with other locals. These issues could easily be corrected: when food is ordered, utensils, condiments, and napkins
should be placed in front of the customer. Waitstaff should ALWAYS make eye contact with the customers.“

“This business has been operating for 25 years!!! There is a reason for that. The Pasty is the definition of comfort food. I got 2 ready to eat pastys, the breakfast one and the regular one with a side of gravy. Highly recommend for cold rainy days. Price great. Service great.That warm fuzzy feeling after your done eating priceless!!“

“I don't think I've ever had a better experience... I took my kids out to eat and everything was great! There was a young man cleaning the tables when we went to sit down. He was very sweet and polite, visiting with my kids. All of their staff was great there. The food was delicious. But when I walked out. I forgot my purse in the booth, distracted by my little ones. I honestly didn't realize until the next day. When I was looking for something I needed for work out of it. I just started panicking. Thinking of all the things that I'd have to replace. And the things that couldn't be replaced. I was just sick to my stomach. Already stressed being up there for a family emergency. I called Culver's being the last place I remembered having it. The gal asked me to hold on for a second awhile she went and checked and then said "yep it's here!" You don't understand the sense of relief. And when I stopped there and pick it up I literally had tears in my eyes. Not a thing was missing. I am so thankful for the boy that turned it in. He was the same one that was cleaning the tables when we got there. What an amazing person! I am so beyond grateful! People like him give me hope for my baby's future. Sometimes you just need that reminder that they're still good honest people out there that do the right thing. I wish I could do more to repay him for his kindness and honesty. Times have been rough lately. I'm a single mom and that would have been devastating having to try to replace all my work stuff, keys. IDs, credit cards, vaccine cards, money etc. And to be honest, when I got in the car I did cry some happy tears. I just couldn't help but think what a sweetheart that kid was. He's my hero. I'm sure his family is so proud of the man they're raising! Thanks again! You're truly amazing!“

“I would just like to give a shout out to the wait staff. They were busting it like there was no tomorrow! My only complaint is that we did have to wait almost a half hour to be seated. We did have a reservation and were on time. Hour sever was great and the food was good as always. I did ask our sever what he hold up was and was informed there was a Rife Event happening later that evening and that some those guests attending that event were still being served until almost 6:30pm. I was impressed with the staff hustling their butts to keep an handle on that nights service. 10/14/2023“

“Super busy on Friday evening in the summer (the day after Independence Day), thus the slight ding on sevice, but the staff was accurate on the wait time and were quite attentive (given the crowd). The pizza is one of the best I have had. Top 3 (maybe tied for #1). 5 stars!“

“My family took me there for my birthday ? we had a great server! Great food and lots of fun ? 1of us had the club sandwich, 1 had a corn dog with broccoli ? and 3 of us had the bourbon chicken with shrimp! The appetizers, the meals, and the dessert was delicious. Our server was so professional and friendly, we hope to go back real soon ?

Parking: Most parking spots are close to the door.

Kid-friendliness: There is a children's menu, and the staff can even make Shirley Temples if so desired. If it's your birthday, the will sing Happy birthday ? and you get a free dessert ?

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is the same level as the entrance to the entrance door. There are no steps to worry about. Generally the host is there to assist with doors and help seating. There are booths and tables. So if there is a mobility impairment or wheelchair, the staff can easily adapt for comfortable seating.“
