“while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

“5 guys has always had some of the best burgers and fries in town. Always delicious and always a ton of fries. This time though, i felt shorted on the fries. Don't get me wrong, it was still more than enough for a meal, but I've come to expect an insane amount in the past, to the point I can use half for dinner the next day. Still super delicious, but what happened to the crazy fry portions!“

“Real quick: this place does a good job with the food and the service. But when ever I ask for Mayo packets, I never get them and, instead, get ketchup packets (If I wanted red syrup, I will ask for that). Anyway, this is my only complaint, and this review is for their benefit more than anyone else.“

“Everything was great. 4 Star for food only because we kind of got the bottom of the barrel kind of fries, they weren't the freshest and definitely bits and pieces. Otherwise tasted good. Service was extremely friendly and fast.
Plenty of seating available and easily accessible to wheelchair/walking adapters. Bathrooms are clean and food was reasonably priced. I'd go back if I was in the area.
Parking: Open area with other businesses within a nearby strip mall. No problem finding a parking.“

“I was at this DQ two days ago and was waited on by a young man named Alex. He did a great job and made sure we had a good experience. The other staff were also very good and accommodating. The eating area could have been a little cleaner but will still come here again.“

“The kid at the drive through (short curly hair, taller kid) was very kind, we had a nice chat, the blizzards were very well made. Very nice experience! I’ve been going there for years and I will continue for years to come.“

“The employees working on 4/9/2025 at approximately 12:56PM deserve a HUGE raise.
I was in the drive through line for approximately less than 2 minutes. These 2 mins consisted of them taking my order kindly, giving me my change quickly, and handing me my food. All in less than 2 mins. There was even 4 cars infront of me! Give this staff a raise😙“

“I told my husband last night that one of us is going to have to start working at Jersey Mikes to keep up with our habit. I won’t admit how often we go there during the week, but enough to know that they are consistent in their quality and service. I didn’t know how much Moorhead needed a Jersey Mikes until they opened. My wallet doesn’t thank them, but I do! Keep up the great work!“

“ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. FAILED TO HONOR A COUPON I PRESENTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE ORDER BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE MESSED UP. THEN REFUSED TO FIX IT SO WHEN I GOT UP SET THEN SHE REFUSED TO FIX THE ISSUE AT ALL. THE MANAGER THERESA WITH RED HAIR AND TATTOOS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND WOULD NOT HANDLE ANYTHING PROFESSIONALLY. IT MAY HAVE ONLY BEEN A $3 COUPON BUT I PRESENTED IT PRIOR TO ORDERING MY FOOD AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR OR FIX ANYTHINF AND TOLD ME "YOU NEED TO USE IT ANOTHER DAY" I LITERALLY CAME TO DQ TO USE THE COUPON. and then EVERYONE JUST DISAPPEARS... IM AFRAID TO EVEN EAT MY FOOD WITH HOW THE HANDLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She refused to give me her name, the managers name, the shift leads name. Wasn't wearing her name tag, refused to give me a phone number to reach a GM. Finally they gave me Theresa's name.“
