“Our Harley Owners group recently hosted an event at Casper’s Cherokee, and I couldn't be more impressed. We utilized their party room, which provided the perfect atmosphere for our group, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The buffet was outstanding; every dish was delicious, fresh, and kept well-stocked throughout our stay. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the exceptional service by our server, Barb. The staff was attentive and greeted everyone with a genuine smile, making sure our needs were met without us even having to ask. “I took my 2 daughters and at 1st it was very overwhelming and 1 daughters anxiety kicked in but after a few minutes she was settled in and was thoroughly enjoying herself. we enjoyed watching the gaucho chefs running back and forth with the meat and grilled pineapple. overall, it was a very festive time.And we celebrated my 1 daughter's 16th birthday.There , as well , and it was awesome.“

“Everything was good great atmosphere. Steak and sides were also great. My one complaint is on menu and online offer japanese a5 wagyu which they do not have. I settled for the filet, they need to remove that since they do not have what is advertised. That is what I wanted to order until we were in restaurant and found out that they don't have a true japanese a5 steak to offer.“

“Celebrated 2 Birthday’s and the food was fabulous. Started with a Blooming Onion which was very good. Shrimp skewers on seasoned rice was excellent along with fresh green broccoli and a salad which I took home. Portions are big. Enough for a second meal.And a complimentary ice cream sundae. Fresh made rolls were excellent as well. Service was superb. Fun place to celebrate any occasion The other 3 people at our table enjoyed the shrimp, 6 oz filet and salmon. Will definitely be returning. Very attentive staff!“

This guy is the benchmark for customer service.

We stopped by for drinks and received nothing but smiles, good humour and great service.

Yes, you might expect this but Tommy’s service is so natural, you know it’s not a show.

Particularly dealing with frazzled travelers, I noticed his service was not specific to out group.

My flight was canceled (snow) so I grabbed an extra beer back with Tommy because, you know, these things happen but Tommy gives out a level vibe.

I don’t write reviews but I think Tommy more than deserves this shout out!
