“We stopped by Taco Libre and were really impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made to order. The gringas were delicious, the quesadilla was excellent, and the pollo asado alambre was absolutely amazing—the highlight of the meal. If you're looking for authentic, fresh tacos and Mexican food in Minneapolis, this place is definitely worth a visit. We'll be back!“

“We were visiting from St Louis & stopped in one afternoon for a drink & guacamole. The guac is homemade; SO delicious & with homemade chips! We decided to return the next day for lunch. This time we had the tacos. Again, plentiful meat with the most delicious tasteful toppings. We were fortunate to have the same waiter, Tony. He’s definitely an asset to the restaurant. Very attentive & personable. Highly recommend this gem in St Paul!!“
