“The food is amazing and Troy the bartender (the bald one) makes the best bloody marys and old fashioneds in town. A great home town feel, reminds me of Cheers. The grilled cheese prime rib sandwich is the best sammy in town. The hand breaded wings are also the best in town.“
“The food is fantastic. We sat by the bar, and it got a bit loud. There are different areas though that would seem right for dates, family eating and even events. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While our actual waiter was less impressive, the manager was friendly and stopped by to see how things were. When she noticed we were done eating, she cleared our dishes right away. My son also broke a glass. The bartender and another waiter came over to clear the glass and wipe up the spill. All the while smiling, letting us know it happens all the time and not to worry.“
“Our server was there when we needed them, didn't come and talk to us with seemingly no reason.Food took about 30 minutes, on a decently busy night, so that was nice. The atmosphere I love, got window seats facing towards regional center road and nice view for a decently sized city. Didn't like the pop music, but that I'd what you get when you go to a restaurant in the city.I had the burger with no tomato, no secret sauce and avacado. Massive burger, came with fries and lettuce and pickles, had to put them on myself. Couldn't finish the whole thing but was AMAZING. Burger cooked well, no overdo on the sauce or anything like that. Came with what I think was cheddar, but don't wanna say for sure, good quality cheese though.Overall 14/15 because the atmosphere matters, but not that much when the food and service is just that good.Parking: Parking is good, lots of spaces. Handicap parking out front of the restaraunt.Kid-friendliness: They have good kid options for food, ans give coloring stuff to the kids that come.Wheelchair accessibility: There are large wheelchair restrooms along with there being no stairs in the restaurant to get anywhere, and handicapped parking out front.“
“Well let me tell you ...since I have been a level 8 Google reviewer (in my Fraser Crane voice) I take my reviews very seriously. So when I say this resrurant has the best service I have had in many years I am not exaggerating. Our server Randy went above and beyond to make our 1st experience the best. Explain the menu to a tee and recommended some great options. We had the pork chop and the rigatoni boleneas. Ohhh and we also had the sticky ribs do t miss out on those. They also give hot towels with lemon spritz on them...nice! Very clean ...food came out on time...the place ran like clock work. We will be back for sure !!!“
“Had dinner at Kona Grill - Minnetonka last night and was pleasantly surprised by their late hours, open till midnight! They even offer a late-night happy hour. The sushi was decent, akin to what you'd expect from a mall location, as it's situated in Ridgedale Center. The service was top-notch - our server was both friendly and attentive. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the aquariums, adding a unique charm to the dining experience. A solid choice for a late evening out!“
“One of best kept foodie secrets in the state of Minnesota! I can't say enough positive things about McGarry's Pub. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is perfect (especially the back dinning area with the oversized booths and wooden floor), everything is made fresh from scratch and you can order most of the delicacies to take home (loafs of their delicious dark bread, containers of their made from scratch salad dressings, containers of their side dishes, etc). If you haven't tried McGarry's yet, don't even hesitate!“
“Picture a local small town bar and grille in your mind that has a full kitchen in the back. This is that place. It has the colorful local regulars, it has the nightly kitchen specials, and of course the MN staple of Bango. I love this place. If I could give one improvement it's tap beer is lacking, but for a Main Street bar I probably expect to much here.“
“I happened across this place while riding my motorcycle in Carver with my girlfriend. There were some nice bikes outside so I stopped in.My GF and I tried the Rueben Balls and Walleye Fingers. Both were fried to perfection and came out quick. The service was good even though the bartender had a lot of people to look after. The prices are very reasonable.Important note: I discovered you cannot tip with a credit card here and felt bad that I didn’t have any cash. Remember to bring cash. The bartender does a good job and works hard!“
“Great atmosphereThe American Legion food is exceptional in terms of quality, taste, and variety. From classic American dishes to regional specialties, their menu offers something for everyone. The ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are prepared with great attention to detail. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you leave satisfied. The service is friendly and efficient, adding to the overall dining experience. Whether you're craving a juicy burger, a hearty steak, or a delicious seafood dish, the American Legion delivers on all fronts. Overall, the American Legion food is a must-try for anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.“
“We sat at the bar and shared shrimp and a steak and fries. It was very good, the bartenders are very friendly and make a good martini. It's quite loud in the bar area, a little cramped, so if you have a hard time hearing it wouldn't be the place for you.“
“Nice little town bar. Service was really good. Didn't try the food but plan to return for that. Only real negative is too many bar height tables. It's hard for short people to get up there and hard on people who have bad knees to sit.“
“Dan the bar tender of the pub is a great guy and makes great conversation he makes great drinks and treats his guest with the up most respect! It’s always a good time if Dan is working the bar !!Parking: If there is a show going on be prepared to walk a ways away“
“Our first time here. So charming and very friendly atmosphere. Our server practically read my mind this evening. She was amazing. The food was wonderful but our steaks could have used some salt/flavor but cooked perfectly. We will return because we really enjoyed our experience ?“
“My recent dining experience was an absolute explosion of flavor! The calamari was a perfect introduction - crispy, tender, and bursting with freshness. It's definitely a contender for my all-time favorite appetizer. The burger was a revelation. The patty itself was juicy and flavorful, but the real star was the especial sauce. It added a depth and complexity that took the burger to a whole new level. The flank steak? Wow. It wasn't just delicious, the texture was incredible - melt-in-your-mouth fluffy. A true testament to the chef's skill. I do appreciate the staff who recommended me to have it medium so that I enjoy the tenderness as well as the flavor! And then came dessert: a decadent symphony of chocolate in 50 shades. It was rich, satisfying, and the perfect ending to a phenomenal meal. To top it all off, the flan was equally delightful. The staff were super amazing and friendly, attentive, and always there to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. The view of the lake added the finishing touch to a truly memorable evening. Summer can't come soon enough so I can have a seat outside and enjoy it all again!“
“We are new Chaska residents and love a good legion, good thing we have one located right in town. We thought we would check it out for the first time and watch the NFL division championship games and were not disappointed. The place was packed with folks both young and old to enjoy their 2:00 Sunday bingo which was a blast. The wait staff and bartenders were very friendly and professional even under the pressure of being very busy. The chef came out to check on us several times to make sure we were happy and updated on our orders. He made everything with love and you could tell. The buffalo wings are large and taste awesome. Their not your usual mini wings with no meat that you see at most other places. The burgers are great too and I'd recommend the stuffed burger, it's killer. Don't forget to try one of their bloody marys with their homemade spicy vodka, they are to die for. Overall, a great day here at the Chaska legion capped by a Packers loss. We will definitely be headed back to the legion and can't wait to do so.“
“This pizzeria, previously a gas station (hence the name!), but now it's a neighborhood gem known for its delicious thin-crust pizzas, a variety of appetizers, and consistently great service. The ambiance is casual and rustic, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. We miss it since moving away, but always make sure to stop by when we are back in town!“
“Burgers were fantastic and they have a weekly special for them. Service was friendly and quick and wait times were reasonable. The place is always busy, speaking volumes of how our local community enjoys the restaurant. I have yet to have a bad experience or meal here.“
“The owner, the big B (Brian), is amazing. He is a great person l, honest with prices and amazing drinks. The atmosphere is so comfortable and you feel like you are family when you are here. I know the owner personally, but I give bad reviews when due, he has EARNED THIS. Amazing bar always come here.“
“We stopped in with 3 families including fours kids. The food was great, but the service was exceptional. We got seated right away, and there was no problem splitting the check, despite us sitting willy nilly. Everyone was happy with their food.“
“Our family came last night and had a blast! We ate dinner- it was really yummy! They have a good variety of food, including the classics for my picky eaters. We had pizza, chicken tenders, quesadillas, and the Mac n cheese. Everything was eaten! Kids ran around and played arcade games and mini golfed. My husband and I even played some games too. They have a LOT of games (more than when I was there last). We basically stayed until closing because we were having so much fun. We will definitely be back!“
“Pullmans is really fun and it's a place I hate to love. We have a complicated history but I've never had a bad experience. The patrons and bar staff are really friendly and has a great atmosphere for late night drinking and darts.“
“The wife and I came here tonight for the first time. The service was excellent and the people were nice. I had the walleye burger and it was amazingly awesome. The wife had the prime rib and it was also excellent. We would most definitely come back here again.“
“This local pub has a great selection of beers on tap and some pretty good food too. The revolving tap list is on the chalk board. The food is better than average bar food. Great sandwiches, I tried the small plate reubens and they were delicious. They have daily specials which are also on the chalkboard. I think that they have live music here too. Definitely worth checking out.“
“This is your typical working man's bar with a huge deck to hang out on. It's basket food, but very good basket food! Nice atmosphere, friendly people, two or three pool tables 6 footers. Prices are very reasonable for both food and drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice long ramp. Not steep. It's around back“
“Prices for food were ok. shots were over priced. They should have explained a large beer was 20 Oz not 16.Food was great!Parking: Parking was fine, Chaska road construction messed it up but parking in back was fine.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator.“
“Stopped here on the way back to Twin Cities for lunch....The bartender and cook were super friendly and food and service was fantastic!!! Burgers were excellent...wish it were closer...next time im out that way, I'll be stopping there for sure!!!“
“Some guy drank himself silly and puked all over the floor. Luckily a regular patron named Bob ran over, grabbed a mop and bucket and fixed the situation immediately. Bob’s a hero, the guy that got sick is not.I also hear that their bowling squad is elite.Vegetarian options: No meat in the beers.“
“The point of this place is to get drunk and socialize, and you can absolutely accomplish that here. They've ruined the atmosphere with the stage they added a few years back for bands. I know the intention was good, but bands could fit a smaller footprint without the stage, and it's a single room that absolutely does not need elevation. We played there for years, and having room for people to dance made the experience wonderful. Those days are gone.“
“The American legion Post 2 in Shakopee Mn has something going on evey night! Craft shows during the day. Even Purse Designer bags BINGO. Saturday night they have regular Bingo open to the public great dinner served at a great price! Look on there web page they have been keeping it up to date follow the events. Proud to be an American!!“
“We went for Bingo on Monday nights. Bring Cash....bingo is not through Roberts but supports youth hockey. I ordered the Cajun steak bites which were delicious. The crowd was a little rowdy but it was in good fun. Would probably go back again.“
“I came to this location to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday and it did not disappoint. The experience was very easy to workout the details and the staff member that helped us was very attentive. My daughter and her friends had a great time bowling and the pizza was delicious. They were able to have their own seating table and table for the gifts and food. I highly recommend coming to this location for a kids birthday party or even just to have some fun bowling“
“Had a client lunch here and enjoyed the place very much Menu had good options I had the squash salad and added salmon for the protein A bit expensive as I think the meal was $ 20 but didn't seem outrageous Staff was pleasant and attentive The outdoor space looked nice with little lights which I always enjoy Tucked into a strip mall and right off the highway so easy spot to get to stop in if you are in the area!“
“A true dive bar in downtown Shakopee. Always a fun time as they serve strong mixed drinks and a good tap and canned beer selection. Can't beat the prices. When bar and brewery hopping downtown Shakopee, Babe's stands out as being a true original.“
“For the most part their menu items are good but it's the parking lot we have an issue with. There are only two spots for handicap accessible parking an three spots for online order pickup and those spits always block in the handicap spots which create a problem getting out.“
“I have frequented Houlihan's for years. Bit sad the fried cheese hasn't been on the menu, but the bruschetta IS AMAZING, so that makes up for it! Annie, the bartender is great at her job, efficient, and so friendly. She gets to know her customers and remembers details from any conversation. She makes a customer feel like they are cared about and their business is appreciated. The same goes for Art. He always remembers our names and asks us how things are going. It like the "Cheers" of Chanhassen.“
“We stopped here after a hickey game and wanted to watch more while eating dinner. The half price apps and draft beers was an incredible value! The soup and apps were really good! The service was fast but we did wait a while for our drinks. The only thing that docked our 5* rating was that we had to ask a couple of time to get a hockey game on a TV that was close to our table. Beyond that, we would recommend this place whole heartedly!“
“Wow! On a snowy March Monday evening, Redstone at Ridgedale was warm and welcoming. We agreed we need to be dining here more! The chicken chop salad was outstanding, the cornbread was simply delicious. Love the ambience and wanted in particular to mention our server, Luis. He was polished, attentive & enhanced our dinner with his outstanding service. Well done all around.“
“The salad was delicious, the Bleu cheese dressing was Awesome.I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The chicken was good but the Alfredo sauce was missing the cream, the garlic and the Parmigiano.I basically has a lightly seasoned butter sauce; I even had my wife try it to get her opinion. Her pasta dinner also was bland. It's possible that Axel's may Excell as a Steak and Seafood house but pasta is definitely Not their strongest meal choice.“
“I go to Floyd's on a somewhat regular basis, so I need to tell you, don't go there! Sure, I have a great time listening to the bands, enjoying the good food, friendly staff, and the great patio during the warmer months, but you wouldn't like it. You should not go there.“
“It's a bit packed on weekend evenings and warm summer nights, but it's always worth the wait. One of my all-time favorites here is the Chipotle Bowl, which features brown rice, black beans, jerk-seasoned chicken, and avocado dip.Parking can be challenging. I recommend making reservations and planning extra time to find a parking spot.“
