“This is a great spot to visit. We went Sat night and arrived by 3:50pm. There were meat raffle tickets starting at 4:00 for $2 a round and then rat or horse races A on a screen. I don’t know how much those tickets were. We didn’t participate. The payout was either $200 or $300. I think. Don’t quote me.

Pull tabs.
No popcorn.

We ordered food via the guy at the bar and had fries, tots, popcorn scrimp and a brat. On Sat the kitchen is opened a limited time. 4:00 to 6:00pm on the Sat we went. Recommended.

Drinks and beers were about $6 or $7 each. Food was ver reasonably priced. Nice bartenders.

You need to go to the bar to order food and drinks. No waitresses. That was fine. Lots of friendly local people.

They have new chairs. Now gold. Not swivel.

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! “I love fowling warehouse!! It is the first place I suggest when my friends and I want to go do something. The bartenders and the owner are all so kind and fun. Fowling is such a fun and unique activity that truly anyone can play - no football experience needed (you can throw it underhand!). There are so many lanes that I've never had to wait in line. I would recommend buying the $15 unlimited fowling - I haven't ran into a need to reserve a lane yet since l've been there. They also have arcade games, ping pong, cornhole, jenga, pool, fooseball - they literally have it all! A ton of TVs so you can catch any game - they host super fun Twins pregames too. The area by cornhole and ping pong is super spacious and they have a jumbo TV down there. Don't forget about the $5 mystery beer machine. If you are thinking
about going, absolutely check it out. You won't be disappointed!“

“Small Hours was on my list and although we had little time we could make it for a glass of wine. I loved the atmosphere and how cozy it was. Since I am from Spain I checked both their wine and food menu and I was very pleased with their selection. They closed after we left and Bobby from Phoebe Bridgers started playing - It was just magical to hear it from the very dark street. A 10/10.“

“Flora Room is a gorgeous cocktail bar located behind and beneath Chef Del Prado's steakhouse Porzana. Fortunately, I arrived at 5:30 PM on a Saturday, which was early enough to avoid a line and a velvet rope. I don't wait in line for anything unless I'm at a pharmacy, bakery, post office, or airport. Lines at restaurants and bars strike me as pretentious or bad management, and I don't tolerate either. However, I'm old, and at my age, nothing is worth waiting for unless it's a necessity.

I found a seat at the beautiful and expansive bar and looked around at the Del Prado design. The colors might be different, but Flora was reminiscent of Minari and Noma. All three add to the Twin Cities' cachet. However, I was taken aback by the attire I saw around me. People were dressed in shorts, T-shirts, and sneakers. It's friggen Saturday night Minneapolis. Have some class!

Flora Room was a lovely cocktail lounge, perfect for wooing, but don't expect to strike up a conversation with any of the bartenders. At these Del Prado joints, the staff must be trained not to engage. I'm out alone and enjoy talking. Bartenders used to be part of a lounge's attraction when I grew up in NYC. They learned your name, knew what you did, and gave you a hearty welcome. That, I guess, is not part of the culture in Minneapolis. Well, at least not at the Del Prado restaurants and bars. Chef Del Prado is from Argentina, and certainly, Argentina is one of the warmest and friendliest countries in the world, so I don't get it. I now live up the block from the Flora Room. I'm a neighbor and would like to be treated like one. Neighborly and the Flora Room are distant concepts.“

after their location closed in uptown I was missing it so I took my girlfriend to this location and they knocked it out of the park. it was the food and service I adored about red cow in the first place. we were served quickly and the waitress was so adorable, she even packaged my to-go for me and put the date on it. we left a decent tip and she must have thanked us 100 times but it was really our pleasure to have such a good date night. Will be going back!“

The burlesque show was fantastic too — fun, classy, entertaining, sexy and fit the atmosphere perfectly. Volstead's Emporium is one of those places that feels like an experience, not just a night out! Can’t wait to go back!“

“We’re huge fans of Gin and this place did not disappoint! We had the Fitzgerald and Sturgeon Moon. They both had a great depth of flavor while still being light and refreshing. The bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided good guidance in helping us pick the right drink. We also both got Gin and Jams. That’s a pure choose your own adventure situation.

Food was absolutely phenomenal. We both got burgers (Luna & Pear Jam) and the patties were extremely well seasoned. The additional toppings created a nice flavor profile that separated these from your typical burger! The house fries are better than the upgrade options.

“Really great local spot I love, it's a bit more low key than Babe's next door so it's a good place to escape to where it's usually not too busy. Usual bar food like pizzas and chips, nothing too special there, but the people here make it special. I love all the bartenders here, and they host a great karaoke night on Thursdays and now trivia on Saturdays. Prices are also pretty decent with most drinks being $5-$10.“
