“My wife placed an order in the drive through at the faribault location. She received our order and drove 23 miles north to our home. Upon arrival we found 2 of the three sandwich’s were completely wrong. I called the store immediately and spoke to the manager. He was waiting for a call as he had realized the mistake as she had left. This manager went out of his way to rectify the mistake. He made two fresh sandwiches and drove 23 miles north to personally deliver them! Outstanding! And he brought the two sandwiches left at the store. That’s some great customer service! Thanks for making it right!!“
