I asked for a special inclusion and they put it in just the right amount and it was absolutely delicious for my daughter. I got one of the refreshers and she enjoyed it very much so very tasty drinks maybe a little higher price and I’d like to pay but the ambience here if you wanted to sit and have coffee with someone or do some work plenty of space bright light from the sun and just an overall nice atmosphere bonus it attached to a Great Harvest bakery so you can get yourself some fresh baked goods to have with your drink. Very nice place and location.“

“I just moved to Rosemount on July 1 and I am disabled. I have not been out of my apartment building very much due to my disability. But today, Monday, August 17, I was out and about. And I decided to stop at Caribou because I love Caribou Coffee. Before arriving, I was at the Grocery store behind it. And I called ahead to see that if I placed an order in the app, if anybody would be able to deliver it to me curbside. As I said, I am disabled. And I have a very large power wheelchair, which does not fit through very many doors to be quite honest. So curbside pick ups are a must. when I called, Stacy answered the phone. I presented for my dilemma and asked if anybody would be able to bring the drink out to me. She replied that they would happily do this for me. All I had to do was call when I arrived.We hung up, I placed my order, and I rolled through the parking lot to go and pick it up. As I rolled up to the entry on the sidewalk, as I was about to call on the phone, another barista named Jada popped her head out the door and asked if I was Theo. I replied yes and she had my drink in her hand already.

Five out of five stars for being kind, compassionate, and customer service driven to both Stacy and Jada. I will definitely stay a loyal customer to this Caribou, as long as they will have me.“

The service was very disorganized and slow. They made like two mistakes in a row before my order.
And then I ordered a large and they gave me a medium and I just left because I wasn't about to wait for them to fix it. I had an appointment I had to get to.“

“Switch to even a smaller cream cheese. The cream cheese that you had before this was already small and barely enough. Now it’s so small that I don’t even taste it. It’s like just eating a bagel plain. Price should come down if this is the size you are going to continue to have. Or you should throw two in there or at least ask. Companies try to cut corners and do the bare minimal. I know that this is not the decision of the staff. But seriously, one is enough for one bagel. Wish I could show a picture.“

“The individuals working around 12:50pm—1:20pm, August 11th, on this Tuesday, were so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful !
Every step of my experience was flawless. I’m amazed by their efficiency, and ability to still be taking the time to be attentive, and polite to guests. I would recommend to prioritize ordering from this location, never disappointed, and the staff put in proper effort. Even the guests outside looked incredibly joyous ! “My friend asked me to pick up a coffee for her so I came through the drive through about 10 min before closing and the girl helping me was so friendly. I thought for sure they would be annoyed because they were probably cleaning up and getting ready to leave. It was a pleasant surprise.“

“I love that this is not a franchise coffee shop. Their atmosphere is pretty unique and their coffee is really tasty! They extended working hours until 5 pm now. However, I would recommend to come for coffee in the morning as it is usually better. It depends who the barista is too! Last time I came at 2 pm and my cappuccino tasted exactly like brewed coffee with cream (why did I pay for my drink as a cappuccino? There was no foam whatsoever!) When I got to the coffee shop, the cashier was busy taking a phone order . Despite of 2 idling baristas, I had to wait for 5 min before anybody would start taking my order.“

“Your employees were helpful and the service was excellent. I didn't catch her name, but the gal behind the cashier brought me a fresh cup of coffee without me asking. She deserves to be rewarded in some way. I was meeting a colleague for an important meeting and the seating area was perfect for us.“

“A Caribou inside Lunds and Byerly's grocery store. They had a kids menu which was great for my granddaughter. Hot cocoa had mini marshmallows and chocolate balls in it. My matcha latte with raspberry was yum.Super helpful and friendly staff here.

The service at this location is especially noticeable. They are sure to greet every customer and bring your food to you if you are sitting in the cafe. You can tell they get to know regulars and make sure their orders are ready when they come in.
