“10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“I don't care for the location of the grab and go orders being behind the counter. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead if I need to wait for someone to be free to hand me the food. They need someone to be available and ready to hand it off or move it somewhere more accessible like other companies do“

“Clean atmosphere, lots of seating around, good sandwiches, and generous portions, but the staff isnt friendly/happy. They dont say hello when you walk in and I don’t think I ever saw any of them smile once but hey, I guess that what to expect when you work at a sandwich shop. They need some music in there to cheer those kids up.“

“Definitely depends on the worker. One calls people “honey” all the time and spends more time talking about her personal life than making sandwiches. A few others are just slow and don’t know the difference between mayonnaise and pickles. Some of them are fast and super helpful. Definitely better off going for lunch during the week. Wouldn’t go at night on weekends.“

“Went on a Sunday afternoon and Laura was there working all by herself. She handled a difficult customer well, and had a lot of people to serve after him. She did well for being there by herself. “I just want to express how wonderful the staff is at this location. I bring my adult client (and sometimes one of his friends) both with autism. When we go, we usually have a younger guy who is always very patient and polite when my client orders (he doesn't really have the best manner) and there is also another young lady who is just as great and patient and they actually make your sandwiches with care. Sounds weird to say but they have never been annoyed when asked for extra ingredients or if they express they want just a little bit of something. The staff is always keeping eye contact with you. I live in forest lake and I wish there subway staff had half the respect when making your sandwiches as this subway in Stacy. KUDOS you guys and keep up the wonderful attitude!“
