“Had lunch with my Mom today and cannot say enough good things about this place!! I’m still thinking about the smash sliders 🤤 you can really taste the quality of ingredients and the love that is put into the food. We also had a side of truffle fries which were amazing as well. Perfectly crisp on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside! Plus that garlic aioli to dip in is tasty! I also tried a bite of my daughter’s grilled cheese and even that is elevated! Perfectly toasted fresh bread and thick layer of melty cheese! So good! We finished off with a slice of their chocolate almond cheesecake which was the perfect ending to an outstanding lunch. The staff was also very pleasant. We will definitely be back time and time again! 10/10“

“Every year we take our annual 3 day weekend motorcycling and ALWAYS stop at the Stockyards and eat and drink. The food has always been great, service is amazing and have met some nice people there. “Hans was an exquisite server. We were charmed as soon as we walked in the door with his kind demeanor and smile. Not only did he bring the food, but he also brought a certain unexplainable swagger. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the waygu Lucy burger. As a pulled pork connoisseur, I was deeply satisfied with kitchens creation. “What a great neighborhood bar! Drinks are cheap and the patrons are friendly. Ordered pizza from a pizza place and they delivered it right to the bar. The bartender supplied us with paper plates and napkins! I would think about moving to Winona for this bar and the donuts“

“we have customers for quite some time. Friday night fish fry is very good. Very disappointed last Friday night, brought my parents and wife up for dinner. Wife and I decided to split a fish plate. we ordered and ate, after food was delivered we were informed that there would be a $5 extra charge for splitting plate. There is no notice of this any where. I visited with Scott (owner) and he would not take charge off. Just plain disappointed as we have enjoyed being customers for quite some time. Not sure if we will return.“

“The chicken Alfredo was really dry. I had to ask for more Alfredo sauce to choke it down. they charged $2.50 for about 1/4 cup, which they did reverse the charge after asking about it. The duck wontons were delicious and worth it to order again in the future!“
